We have two bunnies and since most people don't own bunnies we had a hard time finding a veterinarian. There are so many great vets, but they don't take bunnies! We found this vet, and said let's give it a try! We took our male bunny here to find out his gender. We had previously thought it was a girl. Our vet, Dr. Medders was so kind! She examined him quickly and clipped his toenails. She later on neutered him. She cares much about your pet's health. Our female, was brought here because of a broken foot. Dr. Medders calmed us down from fear to assurance. Her foot healed on its own! The surgeon was very educated about bunnies. We love this vet SO much. This vet also takes exotic animals including Bearded Dragons! This veterinarian's office is slightly hard to get to. Go through the pathway next to the car wash and you'll be there! The office is clean and the vets enjoy cuddling and comforting your pets! They loved how playful our male bunny was, and how cuddly our female was! So come here! read more

Unfortunately, this placed has changed. I would not recommend this place. I have boarded my cat here for 3 years and never had an issue. This year she was given a physical, an extra immunization I did NOT authorize , and had her nails clipped which I did not ask for. She also was sedated for her shots. I love our cat, and she is part of our family. I am warning anyone just to be careful since I feel they are not honest. My beloved cat came home stressed which is different from the past times I have boarded her here. I am so disappointed, as I trusted All Creatures in the past. read more

Horrible quality of care! No Follow up care for our dog after they did surgery on her. The day after our dog's surgery, we couldn't get anyone at the clinic to re-examine her when she developed complications. We called two days in a row begging them to give us an appointment but each time we were told they were "too full" to see her. Follow up care after surgery should be a priority if nothing else "a standard of care!" When people are forced to have to keep calling their office or take their dog to another vet after they did the surgery, it makes them look bad to other vets and causes people to look elsewhere for quality of care. read more

All Creatures in Madison, MS is the best animal care facility in the area. They have treated our female Havanese, Buttons, until she died. They continue to treat our second female Havanese, Lily. Dr. Camp, Dr. Summers, and all of the staff are the absolute BEST! The office staff are cordial, kind, and helpful. The vets properly can and will diagnose and treat your pet's ailments. I chose this facility to spay my 6 month old kitten and was impressed at first with how thorough and kind they were, but this diminished quickly. Upon picking up my cat, I left without being given her pain medicine. I understood that these things happen from time to time so I simply went back up there to pick it up. When I got home, I discovered I had one 1 of the 3 pills I was suppose to have. I called and the receptionist was very rude and assured me I was *supposedly informed that Lola had received her first pain medicine that morning (i wasn't told this or given the medicine) and then would not replace the missing pills. As a result, my kitten will be in pain for the next 2/3 days when she could've had pain medicine. Maybe with a new receptionist staff would I reconsider this place. read more

Great facility and even better staff - we are especially fond of Dr. Conner Smith! We have a very temperamental calico cat we call "Fat Gumbo" who was anything but pleased to be visiting the vet. However, Dr. Smith was nothing but extraordinary. Fat Gumbo left her appointment purring - we didn't even think she could purr any more #miracleworker. Friendly and fast service. Dr. Smith will be providing all our vet services from now on - we couldn't recommend Dr. Smith or All Creatures any more highly if we tried. read more

After moving to the Jackson, MS area from out of state, I was nervous about having to choose a new vet for my 8 year old Shih Tzu mix due to her having a few health issues that had not been taken seriously by some vets we had visited in the past. I ended up choosing All Creatures Animal Care Center and was so pleased with the service she received. They were so great with my dog and listened to all my concerns and dealt with them accordingly. They have also been great about getting her seen right away when something comes up unexpectedly. We have seen almost every vet in the office and I would highly recommend any of them. read more

My husband and I just moved to Madison, MS from San Diego in late May 2013. Two weeks before our move our Basset/Lab mix was daignosed with Addison's disease and we were informed that he needs monthly treatments for the rest of his life. So besides moving and house shopping I had to find a vet...and fast. I poured over all the listings on Yelp and Angie's List and choose All Creatures. They have several vererinarians in the office and ours is Lyndsay Summers. She examined Bugsy (the Addison's disease patient) and offered treatment options that my California vet never told me about. She also informed me about the fleas and ticks in Mississippi and I left with treatment for all three dogs. The next week I brought in our incontinent arthritic shih-tzu. Dr. Summers gave her a full examination and tweaked her arthritis medication a little. During all my office vists and phone calls the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I am glad I found All Creatures Animal Care Center. read more

I have been using All Creatures for five years. I have numerous cats and dogs of all ages. I have seen all of the vets on occasion for one reason or another and all are wonderful. Our usual vet is Lyndsay Summers and we love her. I have had to put down three pets and she has cried right along with us. My vet recommended that I board my puppy at All Creatures Animal Care Center in Madison for the weekend while I was out of town. This was my first mistake. During the time my puppy was boarded at All Creatures, she hurt/cut her front paws and developed a bacterial infection (most likely because she was left in her own feces). I noticed when I picked her up that she was limping. I washed her paws since they were clearly hurt and smelled like dog urine/poop. I contacted All Creatures as soon as they opened and sent them pictures of her front paws. They said they had to see her again in order to recommend treatment. I also contacted my vet at Gluckstadt Animal Hospital. He made a few suggestions of things I could do at home to give her some comfort and help her paws. My vet thought from the pictures that they were infected and suggested that I either bring her to him or take her back to All Creatures since she was injured under their care. In an effort to let All Creatures "make things right," I took her back to their clinic. I told them that I did not think I should have to pay for this since it happened under their care and that I wanted to give them the opportunity to do the right thing and help my puppy. The technician weighed my dog and told me she was going to take her temperature and she would be right back. She did not return for at least 15-20 minutes. When the tech came back in the room, I asked what they had done and she told me the doctor would be in to tell me. The vet came in with several prescriptions and told me she had run a test and the paws were infected and it was a bacterial infection. I thought they were going to take her temperature. No one ever told me that a test would be run nor discussed with me treatment options. They escorted me out and then asked me for $104. I told them that I shouldn't have to pay because this happen under their care. They said they wouldn't charge me for the visit but that I had to pay for the medicine which was $104. They never offered to refund my boarding fee. I am furious with the lack of professionalism and the fact that I was robbed. The pediatrician doesn't take your child out of the room and run test without asking nor do they hand you a ton of medicine without discussing treatment options. The vet's lack of communication was very unprofessional. No test should have been run on my animal without first discussing it with me. Further, medication should not have been prescribed without discussing it with me. I highly recommend that you consider using another clinic to board and/or treat your animals based on my experience. read more
