Bang Clothing opened in Melbourne in 1996, after being so successful for so many years in Melbourne, Bang opened its larger flagship store in Sydney in 2006 - Bang Sydney, located right in the middle of Taylor Square Oxford Street Sydney.

Meet the Business Owner: Dean W.

Dean White has run many successful businesses and events over 30 years in both Melbourne & Sydney. Dean is from Melbourne but later moved to Sydney to open his new flagship Bang Sydney store in 2006. Dean also runs many Sydney dance parties as well as Bang Sydney clothing stores. Dean White started as a Go Go boy dancer in a bar in Melbourne in the early 90s and was spotted and approached to do a magazine cover. Dean then proceeded to appear on many magazine covers from the early 1990s to late 2005. Dean opened his clothing brand in 1995 and then his first clothing store in 1996, followed by his larger Sydney store opening in 2006. Dean now sells well-known brands from all over the world at his highly successful Bang Clothing stores. Dean retired from retail in 2023 and moved to Surfers Paradise.
