The staff was very friendly and willing to help, and they seemed to be under no pressure to make a sale. If you're in the market for a pair of boots, this location would be at the top of my list.

I was finally served by a very friendly and helpful young man who had never dealt with returns before. He managed to arrange for the return of my phone. After waiting so long for service I really appreciate his help. This happened on a Sunday but even so more staff should be available .
