Took one of my karate gi to get pressed there and they left marks. Showed them immediately and they said they would talk to the manager, took my information and I heard nothing back. This was a $300+ uniform from Okinawa, Japan. They did ask if I wanted to leave with them to try to fix but I got it pressed for a tournament that was coming that weekend and now would have a marked uniform. read more

Horrible cleaners. Promised clothes to be done by Friday when dropped off on Tuesday. I drove 45 miles from north Crestview to pick them up and.... no clothes. I went back the next Friday and STILL NO CLOTHES! I got the owners card and called and was told he's unavailable (of course,) and he would call me back. Still haven't heard from him and still have no clothes. When I get to my shirts back; I will never return there and recommend that if you are reading this, you may want to find a place that has integrity. This one certainly doesn't! I've wasted several hours and lots of gas money making two trips and now still have to make a third trip just to get my damn shirts! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! read more

I just picked up my wedding dress from Bangkok Cleaners, and I am so impressed! The train on my dress was full of oak leaf pollen and sticks from our outdoor wedding in April, and I thought it would never be the same. They handpicked all of the debris out of it and even repaired the loop to keep the train on the hanger. The gentleman who helped me was so nice and even threw in a little discount for me as a military spouse. My dress looks brand new! I am so happy with the quality of their work. read more

Beware of prices. Brought in 3 shirts for regular cleaning and was told they were $7.50 a piece at pick up. Owner gave me a total BS excuse the shirts were "multi colored and needed to be washed in cold water" Complete nonsense these were solid colored shirts as if that matters and what transpired constitutes theft in my opinion. Will NEVER give this establishment my business again as they feel justified charging triple the price to wash basic dress shirts and then BS me about justification. This is by far the very worst customer service of any commercial enterprise in all of Fort Walton Beach that I've encountered in the past year since moving here. I tried to patronize my local business, particularly ones in my neighborhood. When I first dropped off clothes there, I had a lot, as I just moved here, and dropped off 15 shirts and 5 pants. When I picked them up, the bill seemed a bit large - some shirts cost nearly $7 despite asking for all of them to be laundered and not dry cleaned, but I chalked that up to living in a resort community and paying resort prices, although they said they are required to wash them according to the label and if it says "dry clean only", they will dry clean it. I'm not sure how they read that on some of my silk shirts since all the labels were removed (they itch me) and I launder them at home just fine without dry cleaning them. Anyway, loading the clothes into my car, some of the shirts and pants weren't mine -they attached a stranger's clothes to my bundle, and charged me for all of it. I returned the other patron's clothes and asked for a refund of the charge, but they couldn't give me one - the two people working there wasn't the owner and didn't know how to do refunds. But one woman said she could give me a credit to my account (which was my phone number). However, when I patronized them again a few months later and went to pick up my clothes, there was absolutely no credit to my account, and they didn't believe me that they previously overcharged me roughly $25. They just shrugged. Its been nearly a year since then and thought I would give them one last try. I've been working late and didn't get there until exactly 6 pm (6 pm news on the radio was just barely starting) and the place was locked, lights off, no one there - they had obviously left early. Their business hours posted on the front says 7 am to 6 pm M-F. So today I rushed there from work, getting there at exactly 5:52 pm and I saw lights on and two employees inside, but was shocked that the doors were locked. One of them saw me, and yelled through the door that they are closed even though there were 8 minutes left. While this cleaners is the most convenient to where I live and I LOVE patronizing local business, I will never in a million years use them again. I'd rather have my laundry cleaned in hell by Satan himself before I use this business again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times, you no longer get my business. read more
