Loved I can use my card on the machines. It's clean and their hours work for me when I need to get things done

Even on a busy day there were enough machines to accommodate everybody. There are people to great you and answer questions. They take coin or card and have change machines for bills. Plenty of seating while you wait and even a snack bar. Great place to get laundry done while waiting out a storm before getting back on the road. read more

We've used this laundry several times. Today when we picked up our laundry all of my husbands shirts were so wrinkled he can't wear them without them being ironed. I would not recommend them for dress clothes. read more

In the midst of our travels, we had to stop and do laundry. We found The Laundry Room and it was awesome! It was super clean, employees were very friendly, and I have to say it was the BEST laundry place we've ever been to. I even took a few pictures is how impressed I was with it. The Laundry Room Owners, I first would like to say your facility is exceptionally clean and most of the time your equipment is operational when I need to use your facility. I enjoy that your company has a small snack bar, Wi-Fi (sometimes works), and washing supplies and that you have a laundry attendant during your hours of operation. I was recently at The Laundry Room early morning and the place was full of a housekeeper cleaning service, they occupied most of your washer and dryer machines. This company had a staff of 6-9 people washing, drying, and folding sheets and towels, and using all the tables except the table that your employees use for your washing and folding services. I almost did not find an unoccupied washing machine. There was an indent where another customer put her dried clothes onto a table to fold her clothes, and a lady from the housekeeper cleaning service threw her dried sheets onto the other customers' clothes. This customer told the housekeeper cleaning service lady that she is using the table and the housekeeper cleaning service lady said she was using the table first (the housekeeper cleaning service lady) did not have any items on the table to fold. Your employee told the other customer she was there first (housekeeper cleaning service company), and she (the other customer) can use the table for wash and fold services. This customer was telling your staff she is also a paying customer and there was no one using the table, and it was wrong for the housekeeper cleaning service company lady to throw the sheets onto the other customers' clothes and to say she was using that table first. I also chimed in and agreed with the other customer. I stated to your staff that this housekeeper cleaning service company should hire a laundry service that picks up and delivers laundry. Your staff is young and was telling us to go outside because she did not want to hear us complaining about her customers. I told your staff, I am a customer also, I also told your employee I respect her position, I stopped because I knew your staff would not be able to manage going toe to toe with me. This is WRONG to have a housekeeper cleaning service company and their staff occupying most of the machines and say that all the folding tables are theirs to use and your staff to allow the housekeeper cleaning service company to use all the tables. When I was using a table a man from the same housekeeper cleaning service company was trying to tell me he was using the table, told him "No" we can share it and he left it at that! This housekeeper cleaning service company had like fifty huge bags of sheets and towels to laundry, if you are going to allow this type of company to monopolize your facility you need to find a better solution to rectify this type of disputes with other customers. I am also a Veteran. You are allowing your company to provide special treatment to housekeeper cleaning service company while you disrespected and ignored other customers. This is uncalled for and very unprofessional of your company. Please find a different method to deal with all the housekeeper cleaning service companies that use your facility. read more

The one bright spot here was Misty, the young woman running the place - very friendly, very. willing to let you understand the ins and outs. But I did two small loads of laundry and it cost me $15.00 - $6.50 per load,plus $1.00 per dry. I've lived in some of the most expensive cities in the country and never come close to this cost.
