I used Yelp to see what massage parlors were in distance of our hotel in Las Ramblas. I was tight after the eight hour flight on top of being a little hungover and just wanted to relax and have the kinks worked out of me. I found Secret Spot, and they offered one hour massages for only 38€. I saw that they were located up the Ramblas so I decided to go. They are located right across from La Boqueria public market - FYI. Overall, the place is nice but a little in he small side. You have to be buzzed in and then you walk up two flights of stairs. The massage was pretty good, and the woman who worked on my back and shoulders got most of the knots and tightness out. I thought she did a good job overall. Only thing I didn't like was that she kept the lights on when performing the massage.

(I attached the photo below however just like a lot of other customers that have written reviews on here, they deleted the photos. How unprofessional. I'm sure their massages are great but don't get a manicure here. I asked for a black shellac manicure, they started to put it on my nails, then she realized the color was terrible and they ran out of black. Then they told me they don't have time to give me a shellac manicure so they instead painted my nails black (non-shellac). However when she painted them black, she only put one coat on and it looked terrible because she didn't care to even make it look good because they gave it to me for free. Then I told them I was disappointed with my experience and she responded with telling me that "I'm sure you make mistakes with the job you have so we all make mistakes" instead of just owning up to it. Not a way of handling customer service. I wish the woman realized that the color was terrible before putting it on me instead of just putting it on me. It was not professional and she didn't seem to care. I regret spending my last vacation day getting my nails done here in Barcelona.

They charge half the price of the service at the time of booking, which is common practice in Spain. However, my travel plans changed and I had to cancel online well before the cancellation deadline. I waited about a week for a refund and didn't receive my money back. I emailed a couple of times without a response before finally calling. After the call, they emailed me saying the money had been refunded but they were still charging 5 euros because "that is what the system charges them." I understand fees exist, but why does the customer have to lose money for cancelling an appointment on time? This was not indicated anywhere during the booking process. Highly disappointed.

We couldn't contain our laughter as the little fish removed all of the dead skin on our feet. Our husbands each got a foot massage which after a full day of walking offered much relief.
