Cassandra is certainly not afraid to put some elbow grease into stubborn knots and stiffness, but also makes it clear that she is willing to take feedback on her work to ensure your comfort. I prefer a deep massage, and I feel like my expectations were met - and I was pleasantly surprised at how at ease she was both chatting and working in silence, a nice change from some awkward conversations and robotic silences I've had at other spas. The location is above another business and is very compact, so expect homey, not swank. The prices are more than reasonable, and the other staff appear to be equally friendly. Then, Brittany could tell my hip/butt was sensitive, even the slightest touch made my back jump. She was so gentle, took her time, and slowly loosened up my hip. Aug 20th, 2019: I had seen a couple of RMT's in the Strathmore area (even mobile one's for convenience), but by the time I found Brittany, I was completely comfortable to end my search. I have many stress knots that form on my upper back, shoulder blades, neck and scalp. While I am aware cupping makes it easier for the Therapist, and really REALLY gets into knots, I also am aware I'd rather die than have cupping done, or at the very least, I'd rather murder the Therapist in the process. This was no exception when visiting Brittany But, I can honestly say, as one of the true, die-hard sceptics out there, after seeing her for a couple of visits, even she can see a difference in how calm cupping makes me. I am nearly falling asleep when she does it, so much so that she even does my face, arm and legs. Whether it's health benefit money, or out of pocket payments, no one is better suited to understand your needs, and really put you at ease. (My whole family of 4 now visits Brittany, she's a super star at her profession).

The older woman who cut my hair this time is incompetent. I have never had a cut that was this far from what I asked for, and this poorly cut. I tried for several hours at home to find a way to style this dumpster fire of a hair cut in a way that makes it look less like the Banff "mermaid" . It's been left too short to salvage and no amount of styling can fix the squareness of the sides or the choppyness of the bangs. If you love your hair even a little please go somewhere else.

I have never ever had a problem getting a same day appointment for my family at Crystal Ridge…read moreclinic. It almost always isn't with our family doctor, but at least it's at the same clinic and I know we don't have to waste tax payer's money by going to the emergency room for an expensive visit. I can almost always get a next week appointment with our family physician and have always had pleasant experiences over the phone when I need results or to give our physician a message. They call promptly with test results, unlike many other clinics that take weeks and weeks for follow up. Very happy to continue to use Crystal Ridge for my family. Love that they have walk-in clinic hours too.

I had tried another place in this tiny Alberta town, but they were booked up. The Cutting Crew was available for a walk-in. The haircut was fast. She didn't hook my style up at the end (so on the baseball cap went).
