Exchanged emails with Viking and was told that "mill run" just meant bought in bulk. Contacted the manufacturer and they were the only people involved that were knowledgeable or honest. Very disappointed, as the flooring continues to have issues and created huge rifts between us and our builder.

They offered to rework the doors but not remake them to correct dimensions. What a joke. The microwave drawer cabinet is an inch and a half too narrow. Nobody makes a microwave to fit the under sized cabinet and the counter tops are already insalled. OMG what a nightmare. Pending lawyers, Beware if you decide to buy cabinets from them. You will be on your own dime when things go wrong.

I've been there before to get extra security keys made. They were very accommodating. I certainly will be shopping there in the future because they are only 10 minutes from home which will save me time and money.

The people that arrived decided it would be too difficult to bring them in without even attempting it. . The language barrier made it difficult to communicate with them and they became very agitated quickly . I refuse to sign that they delivered them into the house because they didn't overall a horrible experience. To add to this one of the couches had a small tear that had been repaired and when I contacted Bobs to find out why, it took hours of speaking to people who basically gave us the run around.
