I had my receipt with me. He would not exchange it or refund me. He said they had to ship my brand new item out for repair. I don't think I have ever seen such a rude and angry person allowed to deal with the public anywhere. I thought he was joking at first it was so bad.

The hardware store has beautiful live plants, a florist section, appliances, cleaning supplies, cold drinks, snacks, Sloggers brand boots, nice gardening gloves, etc. They can also apparently custom cut glass for you, which I haven't tried using yet but plan on it.

He said he gad it on his desk and would get it over to me this week. 2 weeks later, still no quote. Called him again on my cell, went to voice mail, let a message, no response. i gave up, called the competition, got a price and ordered the sliding doors. If Lowe's wasn't interested or couldn't do it, fine just say so. Ghosting me is VERY unprofessional.
