Corey from billing and his supervisor don't want to pick up a phone or type in some numbers to get it taken care of! I feel like going up there and doing it my self it's not that difficult. Sat in the ER waiting room for 2 and a half hours with a high fevered rashy toddler and got one dose of antibiotics because the prescription was so expensive. In the end I had to take my step daughter back home so she could go to the dr and i have a huge bill in my name i'm still fighting. Thanks TRMC

His staff are excellent. His manner is very professional. He is updated and innovated. And caring. After some of the Dr's we have all met out there. This ones a winner.

If I could give ZERO stars I would...this is THE WORST hospital. They sent my mom home with…read morepneumonia only to have to go right back to another hospital that evening and finding out it was actually worse and should never have been sent home. Anytime you go to the ER, you might as well bring a sleeping bag and snacks because you'll be there for at least 24hrs before they ever do ANYTHING, God forbid you need blood, you'll be admitted into this hell hole and have to wait days for it. The hospital is disgustingly dirty (which is probably why so many people end up with infections while they're there). The staff act like they're doing you a favor IF you're lucky enough to have someone check on you. Some need to retire because they clearly aren't doing their job. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL UNLESS YOU WANT AN INFECTION OR YOU WANT TO DIE! FYI...this review is based on SEVERAL visits and more than 1 person...not just one bad experience.

Incompetent, poor bedside manner etc. etc. She's better off working at Wendy's although she probably would get fired after the first hour. On the other hand, "Tiff" and "Tess" in the emergency department were on the opposite end of the scale. Dr Harris & Dr Reddy were thorough and compassionate. Big shout out to "Kingston" on the third floor after I requested "Carmen" never set foot near me again. He cleaned up her mess. I don't live anywhere near here. I had to go to the ER while passing through town. I am grateful to all those who assisted in my treatment to help me get better. As for "Carmen" maybe a career change would be best for you.

I rarely have to wait long. The staff takes their time with me and I always leave feeling like I'm in control of my health.
