I agree to send her out for the referral . I took my child to her consultation Midland Pediatrician dental Aug 2026 and they did multiple X-rays and checking her teeth very well. Dr. Robert informed me that my 4year old had none, zero cavities!!!!!! Her back teeth has deep anatomy groves in her teeth. And he doesn't know why, Tiger Smiles said that she has 8 back teeth cavities. He also confirmed my child has 20 teeth, not 21 as the dental hygienist stated from Tiger smile!! He also stated that he have several different treatment plans that are offered in his office! Not just immediately having surgery at the hospital, as Dr. Jen told me . This is totally crazy and unacceptable, because if I had allow Dr.Jen from tiger smile start treatment on my child teeth, I felt she definitely would had filled teeth that had no cavities, just to bring gain to her. The more work you do as a dentist the more you make huh? ( like you really Diagnose 8 cavities wrongfully). Tiger smiles said it would take them 6-8 visits to complete all fillings, so just imagine if I didn't go for that second opinion. Dr. Jen gave off a vibe I did not like as a parent she kept correcting me on the words I used about my child treatment plan. When I said Needle or shot she corrected me telling me not to use those words it scares the child and how to speak.....I have tried reaching out to the office to speak with management, about this misdiagnosis No answer no call back! So I decided to do a review and hopefully make everyone aware of Dr.Jen's treatment plans concerning your child teeth. The office is only open maybe once a week, with no emergency contact number. So I don't recommend to even to start visiting here. We definitely will never return. All other Staff was friendly. But that Dr. Jen had a big chip on her shoulder attitude. I don't care if I have to drive 100 miles away for dental care. I would never return to Tiger Smiles, Gaston SC.

The hygienist is great. The doctors are great. The staff is great. The reviews on their website are true. 100% recommended. Also, this office has great prices if you are paying out of pocket and even with insurance...their rates are pretty good. The only downside is that they are opened three days out of the week and adult hygienes can only be seen on Wednesday. But, it's worth the wait. You will get a great honest service.
