He was extremely communicative--texted me back right away, came out immediately to give me a quote, and always answered every follow-up question I had. It was genuinely a pleasure working with him. My custom-designed railing (64 linear feet) was hot-dip galvanized and took about six weeks from start to finish. Paul recommended a matte black finish because the hot-dip process can leave slight irregularities, but it ensures the metal will never rust. He was absolutely right--the final result is stunning. The railing was installed the day before my birthday party, and we made it just in time. All of my guests and neighbors were blown away by how beautiful everything turned out. Paul is professional, reliable, and highly skilled. I would honestly ignore any one-star reviews--they do not reflect the quality of his work or service. He was on time and got the job done. Simon is a young man that started to learn to weld at 15 years old from his uncle and is eager to work! ( hard to find these days) He had to cut and fabricate my wheel wells to fit the gravity fed tank that feeds my truck. I now have a 2500 mile range on my truck!
