I walked into the bank and before I could say anything the teller said, "You need to roll all the coins." I asked if they had a coin machine and was told no. I did not believe that a modern bank would not have a coin machine. Rather than spend hours rolling coins I went to my personal bank ICCU in Rexburg and was greeted by a helpful staff who had a coin machine and left very happy. I now understand why Wells Fargo has a stagecoach for a logo, their customer service is from the 1800s.

He asked a lady to help him and she came over looking very aggravated and annoyed. I had a payment I needed to make so i could not get overdrawn that day and asked if I did get a late fee for that day that it could be waved, the lady told me no, rolled her eyes and walked away while I was still trying to talk to her, with this poor service I would recommend not going with this bank.

We sat there for 30 minutes, they had no more than 3 customers at a time and 5 people working, and after the 30 minutes were up they came over and told us they couldn't help us, handed us some brochures, and sent us on our way. I would not want to bank with them ever. Their employees are slow, they just stand around and talk, and one employee sat behind the counter and bitched about how "busy" they were after all their customers EXCEPT US were gone. Horrible customary service, bad attitudes, slow customer service. No thank you.

I have been banking with Beehive since I first started at BYU-Idaho in 2007. My wife from the area…read morehad always had an account there, and I wanted somewhere local while I was going to school. (Note: I've banked with Bank of America since I was 16 years old and have always enjoyed their service, they just didn't have a close location) I would recommend this bank to locals and students who would like to have some independence. It's great to have your own bank account (unless I suppose mom and dad throw some money your way each month). I have always been very pleased with my experience at Beehive. The tellers inside are always friendly and have smile on their face. They are very patient but quick and I've never had to wait long to conduct my business. The drive through is just as friendly and there is rarely a long line. While there are many downsides to having only a local credit union, I've never experienced any of them at Beehive. I have a savings, credit, and checking account and their website is easy to use and has a mobile version that is great on the go. They offer "money desktop" which is a service that allows you to access a computer program that will organize all your accounts and show you budgets, debt to income ratio and pay off charts. It's an awesome free thing they give. The service here, again, is the main attraction. They know my name in there and keep up to date on things that can help me. I've had them suggest different services that can save me money, even if it doesn't create a new fee for them. My car loan process was a snap and I saved a great deal, plus the gap insurance is awesome! I know that many say that online banks are a better choice, but I'm extremely happy with everything that Beehive has to offer. NOTE: They are not open on Saturdays for any period of time. This is a real bummer, but I can live with it.

My wife opened up a savings account at Wells Fargo. She has had this account for two years. She…read moredeposits her SS supplemental into this account. She has four or five transactions per month on this account. One day she called the 1-800 number to inquire on the balance. The 1-800 system could not locate the account. She went online and the online system told her that the account did not exist. She went to the bank and the branch manager could not locate the account. His response was a shrug of his shoulder and a "Oh well". She called Wells Fargo support and after four different people and three hours she was told: "Well maybe your account got caught up in The Purge of fraudulent accounts." They could locate the account but could not give a definitive answer on why it was deleted or offer any solution on how she may access her money. My wife filed a complaint with The Comptroller of the Currency. The $$$ was not that much. Just $500.00. But they stole SS $$$ from a retiree. She took the complaint and showed a copy of it to the bank manager. All of a sudden she might have her $$$ back in the form of a check in 5 to 7 business days. Will update if and when she receives her $$$. This is a Violation of federal banking regulations as spelled out in Reg. C and Reg E. IF YOU HAVE A ACCOUNT HERE YOUR SHOULD CONSIDER FINDING A HONEST BANK IMMEDIATELY. Minimum check your accounts for any and all suspicious bank fraud committed by this company.
