Even as a well-qualified buyer, I still had to jump through "the usual" underwriting hoops - proving I'm actually me, providing bank statements, explaining any rouge or incorrect entries on my credit reports, etc. Jeff forcast the process accurately, explained each step we took, and gracefully fielded a couple of my, "Are you SURE I'm getting the best rate?" calls. He showed up at closing, and followed up with written thank you!! (pictured) In today's electronic age, the time he invested and the in-person handshake definitely solidified my relationship with Jeff and FCB. I could sing Jeff's praises to the hills and beyond, but that may not ring your particular bell. He, Andrew Sarver has since been promoted but he was the greatest asset I've ever personally witnessed in a business. He greeted every customer, shook hands, said goodbye, thanked people for their business. And Amy who is another executive at that location is just as amazing! If I had any issue she resolved it herself. She would not hesitate to call B of A HQ to solve any issue you bring to her. To actually enjoy going into the bank because you 'feel at home' with the people is really saying something extraordinary. This is a principle Bank of America was founded upon.
