After being loyal customers for over 4 years, having our first date and wedding there, we will NEVER go back. The owner/bartender has driven away almost every single customer. Her behavior is unprofessional and unpredictable. One day she's nice to you and acts like you are best friends and the other she is short with you for no reason. The last time we went, she ignored my husband when he tried to order a drink and the proceeded to slam the drink on the counter and told him "it's on the house. Happy F**ing Valentine's Day. I don't give a F*** about you guys, don't ever come back." That's how she treats loyal customers and friends. She will also unload all her problems on her customers making for an awkward evening. If that's how you want to be treated then by all means, enjoy an overpriced drink at The Crescent Lounge.

If you have a laptop or need your phone charged as you smoke, there are tons of outlets. I thought the furniture was over done at first, but there is still tons of room to move around and tons of seating for small to very large parties. Customer Service: This is the only reason this establishment is not getting 5.0 Stars. While the gentleman who helped me was not rude and got my hookah going almost immediately, he was on his phone the entire hour and a half that I was there. I felt like I was being rude if I interrupted his conversation. I can understand most of these places are not run by employees but by the owners themselves so they are at an extention of their home, however, I would appreciate a little more professionalism. He did check coals frequently so the hookah lasted a long while. Quality/Quantity: The quality of the hookah was fantastic. No complaints there. The only thing I question are the coals themselves. I think this is the pickier side of me coming out, but I like to use cocoa coals not quick lights. This establishment uses quick lights, which are not bad, they just go out 3x faster than cocoa coals. The overall quantity is great. Tons of hookahs for a busy night, a lot of seating as well. Side Notes: Great for an afternoon chill and to read a book while smoking or bringing the cliché for a night out. Very little parking. If its a busy night you may be struggling to find parking.
