My husband had been asking for the documents for weeks and Mr.Grey had one excuse after another as to why he couldn't furnish the documents. When the loan was finalized he asked me for two times that would work for me. A morning time and an afternoon time. We agreed on a specific day and I rearranged my work Schedule to accommodate this. Mind you, I had received an email with a closing date that did not match up with the date Mr.Grey set up. This whole deal has been sloppy from the beginning. We do not feel like our time has been respected and my husbands service is being respected either. We agreed on a specific date and I was on my way to the closing appointment only to find out that it had been canceled and set up for the following day. No notification via text. Mr.Grey said he tried to call and I didn't answer. Regardless. He had no problems reaching me by text before and failed to text me. I am a working mother of four, so for him to expect me to drop everything for what works for him is beyond disrespectful of my time and shows a lack of professionalism or consideration for both myself and my husband. He sent a very rude text whenever I told him about his last minute cancelations being a problem and then lied stating that I had requested an afternoon time from the beginning. The only thing I requested is that it be morning because my husband wanted to phone in while I was signing the documents. I have all texts and can furnish them. The way he is running this business may work for him, but this is not how customer service is supposed to work. This man has no respect for my time or the time of someone who is serving our country. I will never recommend this company to any friends or family.
