Honestly, I have never worked with such incompetent individuals. Because they do not read all your emails and document submittals and/or do not communicate with their teams, they will ask you for documentation that you have already provided. Also, they submitted last minute underwriting requests a week before close when we started the long process essentially 2 months prior. Additionally, they knew that I lived out of state and would not be present at close and did not say anything about granting my family power of attorney to sign the closing documents. I had to double check with them the week of, thus resulting in some last minute running around to get the POA notarized. It gets worse... At closing, the documents did not have the right individuals on the title. Yeah I know it's confusing when 1 of the 2 people on the security deed is different than people on the mortgage but it's an important little detail that we kept reminding them about. This resulted in another around of documentation for the deed quit claim to fix the names on the title. AND THEN... Months later, we still hadn't received confirmation of the deed quit claim being recorded. I followed up with the attorney to find that it never got processed. Spare yourself and find a different company to work with!

I've worked with multiple mortgage brokers/loan officers in the past, and Lisa and her team are honestly the best! They are knowledgeable and answered all of my questions - quickly and thoroughly. And I am an attorney so I had a TON of questions. Lisa even responded to my emergency weekend texts, which was definitely going above and beyond! And she has a true mastery of her field- she understands the loan process, the options and the nuances involved. One of the things I appreciated was that she never gave me generic answers; everything she explained made sense and if I had follow up questions, she would break it down. Most people won't (or perhaps can't) do that. Plus, you can tell that she is detail oriented and meticulous- she dots every I and crosses every T. And I love that, especially because it was the biggest purchase my husband and I have ever made. Buying a home is stressful, but Lisa alleviated all the mortgage-related stress. We were kept informed during the entire process. She really made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. On top of that, she is so sweet and genuine... I truly enjoyed working with her and her team. I honestly can't recommend them enough. My husband and I will be lifelong clients and I look forward to working with her again in the future!

He was professional, knowledgeable and sensitive to our situation with the newborn. I received a preapproval shortly after submitting the documentation required. He was always friendly and made sure to ask how my family was doing throughout the process. Our offer was accepted on my home and closing was less than 30 days later! I couldn't believe it because I had read so many horror stories about the process dragging on for at least 45 days or more. Amanda E and Amanda Bailey were also extremely helpful. She answered my emails, telephone calls, texts very quickly and always provided updates. The Moreira team is amazing! I will always recommend them to friends and family. My husband who is a real estate agent will do the same. They really made the process seamless considering I had just given birth mid-April. Now my family and I are happy and enjoying our new home! I would give zero starts if Yelp would let me. Horrible experience. The relator told me a series…read moreof lies. They stated they had listed my house in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Robb Report as coming soon. That never happened. They told me they listed my house on the MLS as coming soon, but didn't really do that. They stated "No showings on the house until next Monday" so the contractor could finish fixing up the house.  She proceeded to tell me that showing them the house would "violate the coming soon rules of the MLS".  She then proceeded to show my house to someone.  In fairness I agreed to it but thought it seemed unethical since she had just finished telling me not to do this. In my opinion it was like they wanted to sell my house to their clients without it ever really hitting the MLS so they could get both sides of the commission. When they finally listed my house on the MLS the photos were missing rooms and data was incorrect. This has been the worst real estate experience of my life. I will be filing a complaint with the board of realtors and the state licensing board. What a nightmare!!! I would highly recommend against using them.

I must admit I was reluctant dealing with someone who would be handling a chunk of our retirement, sight unseen but Trey quickly put me at ease. Trey started sending MLS LISTINGS for over a month before we actually flew to Savannah, GA. to go house hunting. He is extremely knowledgeable and every time I had a question, he had an answer. When we finally met Trey it was like we had known him our entire lives. By the 2nd day of house hunting with Trey, he was showing us homes we really liked and we quickly put an offer on a home. Trey kept us appraised as the home purchase went through the process. In his normal fashion, Trey was always available to answer questions and assist anyway he could.
