They're billing phone lines have problems and you can't talk to no one, and no one at the hospital that made the mistake will do a thing about it or return a phone call. They were also supposed to submit lab work and did not do it either. The doctor I saw also explained these things happen every day.

He came to see me every day, sometimes twice. Most of the nurses were great, also. I am now receiving PT at home, and in two weeks I go to outpatient PT at the hospital. My knees are doing really well, and I'm tolerating the pain. He referred me to PAM Rehab Hospital in Greeley, but of course, UnitedHealthCare would not approve it. Therefore, I am rehabbing at home, and will do outpatient starting in two weeks. They have been following up with me every day, since I came home. My experience with CommonSpirit was positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Keller to anyone who should ask.

The entire organization needs reviewed. 1. Physical consists…read moreof a series of questions and a lab draw. Nothing ever actually looked at, and if they do it costs you an extra office visit fee. 2. Instead of coding my blood draw as a wellness draw the Dr coded it as blood diagnostics. so the insurance would not pay as part of my wellness check. 3. In the 6 months since I was told the doctor fixed the code and would rebill insurance. LIE The lab that did the work coded it wrong and would rebill. LIE Told they did bill as a wellness draw and the insurance still would not pay it. LIE 4. After all of this I called billing manager with the insurance rep on the line, and was told that none of the above ever happened, and for them to rebill the insurance I would have to get the doctor to correct his coding. Advised to call clinic manager. I called and was told they emailed them to call me. Called a week later and got the same answer. NO CALL. 5. Had a visit with a specialist and told because of my past due I had to pay my portion up front. I did and then found when they billed the insurance I over paid. 6 They continued to send me past due notices and never took the over payment off for credit. 7. They finally advised my account was going to collections, so I paid the full amount less my over payment, that they agreed I was due back, to avoid a hit on my credit report. Next day they had the nerve to email me that the amount of the credit they were to apply was still past due on my account. I called the billing and got the run around that they were bills and credits from different areas and could take a few weeks to straighten out. 8. So currently I am still waiting to get my December Lab draw coded properly and the amount refunded. (As a note they also advised they do not automatically tell you you have a credit on your account, you have to catch it and ask for it back.) My account still shows past due until they apply the over payment to one area of their business to the other bill they want paid for. I WILL NEVER GO TO A BANNER HEALTH CLINIC OR HOSPITAL AGAIN. I will drive 10 miles down the road to a different town and hospital.

They will treat you like a child. Show up for your appointment on time, do EVERY bit of prep they give you. Show Ready, and prepared, they will make you lay on a gurney for 3 and half hours , two hours after the appointment, because their time is more important than yours. Good forbid you try to cancel your appointment the day of and not get charged. I felt held captive by these people. My husband was in a cycling accident considered Trauma and was admitted to the ICU due to 8 rear…read morebroken ribs and 5 front broken ribs, a bruised lung and air in his chest then moved to Trauma orthopedic from ICU was on oxy for Pain, released today and doctors did not have oxy only Tylenol and Motrin and a muscle relaxer, on his discharge paperwork I said he has been taking 10 mg in ICU the floor nurse did no ask him what he wanted and just started giving him 5 mg on her own, said I wasn't taking him home unless he had oxy the said it would be called into my pharmacy before we arrived, got to pharmacy no oxy just the stuff I could have gotten over the counter and a muscle relaxer, finally got an oxy order enough for if given the correct 10 mg dose might last til Monday, have called hospital multiple times and got treated horrible gave them my number for the doctor to call me nothing for hours. He was not giving even a bedside bath, he had cycled 40 miles before his accident, I just showered him at home with the low dose OXY he was in extreme pain. Avoid this hospital at all costs from a retired nurse. They need to improve everything about this hospital if I could have given a 0 I would have.

Ask for fresh eggs! Had surgery and the pacu nurses were not very kind, otherwise all the other staff were great during stay.
