When we walked into the Emergency Room, the technicians were motioning us over to them since they saw blood on the patient's nose. This is the first time we have visited in years due to previous problems with a Patient Advocate. They have a security officer on staff. Apparently, you have to check with security even if blood is coming out of an orifice. Then the security officer said they need a sign to check in with security first. Yes, if we saw a sign, we would have. But being turned away from an urgent care right before, we had our minds on seeking medical attention at an emergency room. I tried to appease the officer by signing in. I then asked if I needed to sign in the other person. He said no, he was a patient. At this point, I wished we went to another facility. After a check in, a representative brought in an iPad on a moving table. She said someone would be helping us check in but don't touch anything until she appears on the screen. It reminded me a bit of that ER episode with Dr. Dubenko going around the ER as a robot. Past the security officer, the staff was fantastic. Maybe the security officers need to remember that most people who go to the emergency room are not looking for a security officer, but medical personnel.

My friend had her baby here and I didn't realize I should have done a drive by. The campus is large and there's multiple entrances, some of them which are not open. By the end of my visits I figured out where to park so it's closer to the entrance of the building I want. The hospital is clean and all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The night guard at the emergency room was amazing. She took some time to help me while her counterpart maintained watch. She guided me to where the birthing room was. I would have gotten lost otherwise and it was 1am. There is a cafeteria and Starbucks. I visited the gift store. The nurses were kind. It was a good visit. She felt supported and cared for.

Stir fry beef with brown rice. One of the better meals! Food overall not bad. A great breckfast omelet!

Spent 2.5 dayson3rd floor. OUTSTANDING nursing care! Shelby, Olivia and Halley were my team. Young, energetic, caring nurses. Top notch care following knee replacement. Nice size single rooms. Rest of care team excellent too - Medical, PT, Ortho and OT. Sadly Pepsi products. Food overall good with variety. Pre -order your meals ahead of time and don't wait. No matter what toast and fries will be cold! Pot Roast and Stir Fry was very good. I got hooked on rice krispie treets.

I have mixed emotions with SkyRidge. Several times the stay was excellent. The most recent visit was very different.

I wanted to like this office, but never have I had as much trouble as here…read more Insurance could be another story, but hey, I forgot to check the reviews beforehand, so I'll own up to that. I originally went in to check out my neck; a coworker noticed something so I figured it may be a thyroid issue. Now what is the reason for the one star you may ask? Dr Raghuveer was great; the assistant nurse...eh it could've been a bad day but she was alright. To put it bluntly, the one star is for the absolutely incompetent front desk staff. Appointment and being seen was alright I suppose, but the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. After my first appointment, Dr Raghuveer sent me to the Anschutz Medical Campus to get an ultrasound on 6/26 We essentially left the discussion at "get the ultrasound and we'll see what they say" The next day they called me trying to get me in for an appointment. I was confused, as I understood to wait for the next steps. They said it was "to go over my test results" They were trying to get me in sometime in the morning (8-9am) which I couldn't do as I had work. After some back and forth calling, it was going to be on the 6/28, but then it got canceled (by the office) and we switched it to a Virtual Visit for 7/1. That weekend 6/29-6/30 the office called me back and canceled the virtual visit, stating that the appointment needed to be in person. This was after I had explicitly asked them if I had to come in or it could be virtual (I could do it on my break). The office said Dr Raghuveer wouldn't be able to see me until near the end of the month, after just trying to get me in within the week. This prompted me to ask, "Do I have to be seen by ONLY Dr Raghuveer or could anybody see me." The office said that any provider could see me so we scheduled an appointment with Dr Giang for 7/2 at 1:30pm On 7/2 at about 11:30 AM I received another phone call from the office, claiming that only Dr Raghuveer could see me and they were canceling the appointment with Dr Giang. The following day I found a letter on my portal saying that I had missed my appointment To top it off, apparently this office has a 3 strikes policy. (3 late shows/late cancellations) and "due to me not showing up to MENTIONED APPOINTMENT I received strike 1. Oh you mean THE APPOINTMENT THAT YOUR FRONT DESK CANCELLED? If you get 3 strikes they'll dismiss you from the practice. No worries, after the absolute headache that was this visit I'll dismiss myself from your practice.

The love, respect and care with…read morewhich Adam and his team treat both their clients. and the medicine itself, was remarkable and exemplary. I absolutely recommend this transformation healing experience!! Here are the things I loved: 1) The atmosphere and decor is immediately welcoming and calming. The color scheme, the art, the beautiful books to peruse (and the encouragement to look at them rather than your phone), herbal teas, a testimony book where you can read other people's comments (which are very reassuring if you're at all nervous). 2) Your safety and comfort is clearly important to Adam, Caitlyn, and the other staff. Everything is explained ahead of time, and the medical screening is extremely thorough. I felt completely safe, and I was able to get all of my questions answered ahead of time. 3) The treatment rooms are absolutely beautiful, homey, and comfortable. There's a cozy recliner chair, a TV with beautiful, serene nature videos, and your choice of cozy blankets (including a weighted blanket if you want). 4) Caitlyn was very skilled putting in the IV, and Adam gave me great advice to carry with me into the session (e.g. ways to ground myself, what to do if I got nervous or overwhelmed, assuring me that someone would be with me during the entire treatment (since it was my first time) and during recovery they continuously monitor you via a camera. And you have a "human presence" button to push if you need any assistance at all. 5) They put the help button in my hand, put an eye mask over my eyes, and put headphones on with very serene, spa-like music. This was perfect for my ketamine journey allowed me to really focus on what I was experiencing. 6) I also loved that they were continually monitoring my pulse rate, oxygen levels and blood pressure. It allowed me to completely relax into the experience without having to worry that my physical body was in danger. I didn't have to "remember to breathe" or anything vital because an alert would sound if any of my stats became concerning. 7) The journey itself was unforgettable, and I felt released from stressful things that have been really plaguing me lately. After this experience I feel like I can deal with them with more calm, rather than going immediately into a fight or flight response. 8) After the treatment, Adam came in to discuss my experience, answer any questions, and offered a journal to record any insights or impressions that I wanted to remember from the session. His absolute CARE AND DEDICATION to his clients is clear from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. 9) I appreciate that they will not treat you unless you have a ride home. Even though you are lucid afterwards, driving would make you a danger to yourself and others.

We immediately contacted our insurer, who confirmed that the billing category was incorrect and that a correction was required. The insurance company is still pending the correction, and we have been asked to pay the full amount out of pocket. I will file a formal complaint with the COInsurance Commission To my opinion they do this on purpose to charge people more like Healthcare is not already expensive. **If you're treated at this clinic:** 1.
