Well after doing some research I've decided to go to banner mattress just cause I like the warranty 15yrs . Also I have 120 days to sleep on it and if I don't like I can replace it. Today no tax, no delivery charge, the guys will even take my old mattress and setup my bed. I am happy to go to banner Mattress and get my bed here. Eddie was professional and helpful. I recommend going here. They are not all the same. No bed sharks here. Happy guy..... Update: I got my bed and OMG I haven't had such good sleep in years. Most insanely rude salesman I've ever encountered. I just wanted to give him a heads up that we didn't have much time because I needed to pick up my daughter shortly. He got very belligerent and asked "you don't have time for what!?!!"....I laughed a bit as I became uncomfortable with his tone and tried to explain further but he angrily walked away and mumbled something to the effect of "whatever then just look around, I'll be over here". Well congratulations to this jerk salesman because I really liked a mattress I saw there and if he would have had the decency to listen before becoming so rude then he would have given me the chance to say that we will be right back after I pick up my daughter from school. I Purchase a mattress from them and paid $2600 for California king that was supposed to last at least 15 years. I did get four years of good sleep but after that my back started hurting and this was a back care mattress. For two more years I kept this mattress and woke up with sore a back every day. When I call them I never got compensated for what I was supposed to have for 15 years. Since then I purchased a mattress from Sam's Club for $549 and boxspring. I see a lot of good reviews for Lisa..Apparently she wasn't working today because the guy that was working today was extremely rude. After walking in to what appeared to be a ghost town. The gentleman working there popped up from behind his desk and showed us a few mattresses. When my girlfriend asked me if I wanted to look any where else, he overheard, said "have a nice day" and walked away..Funny thing is I liked the mattresses and had cash on hand. I was not told about the delivery tracking when I purchased my mattress. I would have not been home waiting for them and could have been out taking care of business. I bought a banner mattress from one of the local IE stores. After having the mattress less than 9 months, it began to sag. I made the call to get it repaired under the warranty. After getting the run around and 50 questions, I finally got the ok to bring it in. I didn't have it another 6 months, and I started to feel the sag again. If possible I would give 0 stars!!! I purchased my I-Comfort mattress from Banner. As part of the conditions to maintain your warranty, you are required to purchase a $90 mattress protector, since my mattress cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, I thought I better do it. I religiously kept that mattress protector on my mattress. A few months later I discovered a small stain and the stitching was coming loose on the mattress on several spots. I tried to make a claim with the PureCare (located in New Jersey). What a joke...I made the claim with them; I called weekly trying to reach someone in customer service. Next thing I know I receive a letter denying my claim, without ever speaking to ANYONE!!! I had no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of New Jersey which is still pending. I tried talking to the people at Banner to see if they could help me, but of course they just said we have no control over PureCare policies, even thou they forced me to buy their product. In short, I would discourage anyone from buying anything at Banner Mattress or PureCare (mattress protector). You've been warned! read more

Sunday, October 5 2014 my boyfriend Mark and I went by Banner mattress in Redlands. We were immediately greeted with a friendly smile and you could tell she like her job. Her name is Lisa. She helped us pick out the cloud Tempur-pedic bed and we also need a bedframe and she helped us lookthrough catalogs and we ended up finding one on the show room for that we like. We also got to the Tempur-pedic cloud pillows which we were able to take home that day. We have the bed delivered on Sunday, October 12 and although the frame was not delivered yet we still got sleep on our new cloud Tempur-pedic bed. Let me just tell you this anybody who's looking for a bed at Banner mattress needs to try out the cloud Tempur-pedic. It is definitely worth every single penny you put towards that bed. Laying on her bed last night was like laying on a cloud and it was so comfortable. Mark and I can't Wrigley for her wonderful customer service and professionalism. Mark first tried the Tempur-pedic bed at the fire station where he works and when I went up to visit him I got to try the bed myself and I absolutely fell in love and literally that same day is when we went down to Banner mattress in redlands and met up with Lisa. We had the best experience with Banner. We walked in and Eddie greeted us quickly and helped us pick the one we liked. I would think they would try to steer you into buying the most expensive mattress but he didn't do that. He showed us there brand of the memory foam/gel mattress and we loved it, I asked him to show us a cheaper version of that type and he did but it just wasn't as comfortable. They had a great sale so we got a great deal and two free pillows. The mattress was delivered the next day and on time. May of last year I purchased an adjustable vibrating bed. The salesmen kept talking about buying protection so I purchased that as well. It turns out the protection was a bed cover not protecting my purchase if something went wrong with the bed. The bed came and it was not working correctly. The remote only worked on part of the bed controls. And the vibration only worked on half the bed. And that part made such a terrible noise after three months I just stopped using it all together. Which was the primary reason I bought this bed for my leg problems - it really helps to put my feet up and have the vibration on my legs to sooth them. All that being said I called to complain and said there wasn't anything they could do about it. I received a letter asking to send a survey to the store manager. I explained in a letter everything that was wrong. I never heard a word from him either. I wrote a letter to the corporate office and got no response. They don't stand behind their sales, they ignore you when you have an issue. I ended up just giving this $2000 bed away, NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER. Avoid these people! read more

I had been in the market for an adjustable bed and hybrid mattress for some time, had done a lot of research online and decided to finally pull the trigger during the summer sales. Banner was the first and only store I went to, there was no need to shop around, based on what I had already priced online and at Ashley Furniture, I knew I was getting a good deal. The salesman who assisted me, Fernando, was very friendly and easy to work with, steering me directly to two choices based on my desired criteria, one of which I ended up purchasing. He was very patient with me, as he kept having to recalculate the total as I added on to the sale, even arranging a better price on a couple of memory foam pillows I suddenly had to have. My only quibble about the entire process was not even with the store itself but the delivery company, who hauled away my old mattresses but refused the frame which was supposed to be part of the removal. They insisted they didn't do frames, but they did a least break it down into its smaller components and carried it to my garage, just not sure what to do with it now. Still, they were amazingly fast with the set up and almost before I knew it, the day after I purchased it I was laying on my new adjustable bed with the best mattress I've ever had. My low back pain is improving daily and I sleep better than I have in years. A painless process that I could kick myself for having put off for so long.
