The UK website does all it can to portray a UK base, it has UK in the logo, it sits on a .co.uk domain name and has a City of London address (now, in hindsight a clear sign of a company looking to appear UK based with an 'office' in a prime London postcode that anyone can buy). This company needs reporting through the Trading Standards Authority for purporting to be something they are clearly not, they would never be able to guarantee fulfilment in time. They certainly aren't quick turnaround printers and I would recommend wholeheartedly to look elsewhere. I paid extra for urgent FedEx delivery, and if the company had been UK based delivery times would have been no issue at all. Promised delivery by Thursday 17th August for an order placed the Monday. But once the tracking appears I could see that it was coming from India and there was an estimated delivery date of Wednesday 23rd August, and this was after the event I wanted the item for. All of my decision making was based on ensuring that they were a UK based company and also their delivery guarantee which I paid extra for was a few days before needing the item. However, upon reading other reviews, and I wish I had done this before, they deliver late often, I am also experiencing their poor customer service as others mention too. I am spending way too much time chatting with agents on live chat, I have asked why they don't have a ticketing system, so I could follow my refund case as needs and it would be transparent on both sides but I have asked a couple of times and get no reply at all. The product ordered from them was for a one off event, it being shipped from India meant that it missed the event completely and I requested a full refund. This company is holding onto my money for both shipping and the product cost. A BannerBuzz 'UK' agent told me to refuse delivery at the door if I wanted a full refund... they can see from FedEx tracking that the item is not within my possession, but they expect it arrive back with them maybe in a week or ten days for then, them to take 7 to 10 further days to pay my refund. Why do refunds take so long anyway. In summary, the website is deceptive, they are not UK based. The delivery estimates are designed to part you with your money for the URGENT service with NO hope of on time delivery. The delivery from FedEx is likely not even a priority package, so I don't know what I paid extra for. Customer services, although pleasant are not consistent with their advice. To be honest they should just issue a refund to keep part of the reputation intact.
