However speed of delivery and everything else was pretty ideal. I would have preferred more reign on the design screen, but I got the final result I was looking for anyway. You can't really complain too much when it's free. I would have liked to have the options to pick whether it was FSC or recycled too. Right now I don't know what paper the business cards are made out of and that doesn't bode well on my conscience.

I am so in love with Moo…read more I first used Moo last spring to order a box of mini-cards. I can't even begin to describe the excitedness I felt when that first box arrived. The cards came in this cute, recycled plastic box and I was truly impressed by the quality of the cards. At 100 cards for $19.99 USD, it's a great deal. The cards arrived on time and (5-7 business days) with no tracking number. You only get a number if you pay for express shipping. Later when they developed business cards, of course I had to order a box! These cards were of the same quality as the mini cards but even better in my opinion. I've already been through 2 boxes and I can say that a lot of my friends were really impressed with the cards too. Business cards come in packs of 50 for $21.99. You can also order 200 cards for $69.99; for both, you can use up to 50 images. You can have printing on both sides or just one side. This past Christmas, I really wanted to design my own cards and decided that ordering them as Moo Postcards with my photo on the front would be the perfect way to go. I used this photo: http://flickr.com/photos/aliciagriffin/2873420246/ for the front and then used rubber stamps on the back. Again, they were perfect! (Postcards come in packs of 20 for $19.99 or 60 for $49.99 and you can format the back however you want.) Moo also prints stickers and regular greeting cards but I have not ordered either product. I have never had a problem with my orders from Moo and I find their website is very user-friendly. I'm extremely pleased with their services and am very satisfied. I love being able to hand off a unique business card that stands out from others and that really shows off who I am and what I do.

Before i ordered my cards they shipped a sample pack free of charge to check out the quality and diffrent types of cards which was an amazing service. The process of ordering is quite simple and straightforward, just takes a few steps. Pricing, Production and Shipping time is fine too. The cards come in very nice packaging and the quality is just awesome. I didn't expect any less. Superb colors, the card feels amazing and i will be happily giving them to my customers. They print everything and anything and if you have an alternative idea they will try to see how they can make it work! I had my final year written portfolio and reports all printed and bound and subsequently use them each week for proposal prints outs and for business cards. They are extremely well priced and good quality. Make sure you take things on a PDF file as it makes it much easier and quicker! Subsequently you can have photographs printed and mounded and t-shirts. The people who work at Metro Colour and extremely efficient and helpful and willing to explain. The Boss Ray has many years experience and can tell you interesting facts about printing 20 years ago!!

Notting Hill Gate is such a weird high street with not that many useful shops remaining. I almost wish I had more reason to visit the Print House than for the odd occasion when I run out of business cards. The level of service even for irregular small order clients like me is impeccable. They keep my details on file which takes the pain out of the whole process. Compare this to the time wasted on the special offers that come in by email every now and again ... I was actually tempted by a recent discount offered by printing.com. I wasted a fair amount of time trying to recreate my rather simple design on their website but failed. You'd have to pay upfront and request a call from an actual designer (design advice comes at a premium) - no chance! As the email actually mentioned a printing shop in Soho in its footer, I popped in on a recent visit to the area - just to be told rather brusquely that they are a printing shop, not a design company. But back to the real world and the Print House. I had to wait a little while for the designer to become available. He immediately found my old file, updated the info and went straight to print. No extra charge for super-fast turnaround or for an actual human being doing his job. He managed to serve several people at once and everyone left happy. The shop perfectly reflects a proper working environment, definitely my preference over impersonal websites and branded shopfronts without the backup. And to top it all, the overall cost beat that of the online 'deal'!
