I bought a valuable gemstone from them, with certificates, and asked for it to be made into a pendant. There was a misunderstanding, and I was given a ring. I paid, and did not argue. I wore the ring ONCE for 8 hours, and the gemstone fell out of the centrepiece. The prongs were clearly not tight enough. I was then blamed by Eternity Jewellers that I had damaged the ring? I drove, and I typed. No wear and tear. The gemstone fell out after 8 hours? This is insane to claim that they did a good job, and it is extremely rude to tell the unhappy customer who has lost a LOT of money, that it is their fault. I have had an assessment done on the ring by another jeweler. There was NO damage to the ring. This jeweller in Eternity is trying to blame the customer for a ring that was worn for a total of 8 hours.

It's a small, cosy pub with one bar, a pool table, and darts boards, which gives it a real local charm and a relaxed, friendly feel. It's now my regular spot, especially on Friday nights where the karaoke and bingo create such a fun, lively atmosphere. There's always great energy, plenty of laughs, and a brilliant mix of people. I've met some fantastic people there and made great friends along the way. What really makes Goldsmiths stand out is the people behind the bar. Keith, the landlord, is an absolute gent--he runs the place brilliantly and makes everyone feel genuinely welcome. Rachel, the barmaid, is just as fantastic--always smiling, friendly, and great for a chat. Between them and the rest of the staff, the service is top class.
