We find the tellers at this branch pleasant and efficient. Pretty much everyone else seems to be in the business of doing their best to prevent customers from getting any banking done.
They are also prone to rudeness. Made an appointment by phoning the branch Showed up only to be told appointment had been made for a branch across town where we do not have an account. Not only did they not make the least attempt to correct their mistake, but they added insult to injury by then immediately serving a fellow who had just walked in off the street with no appointment When asked if we could be granted the same courtesy, we were told it was impossible because the only staffer available was at lunch! With no apparent scheduled return, apparently. Out to lunch about sums up the management here. Deal with TD if you must, but NOT this branch. Centrum seems fine. read more
