They came to ask my permission to use my driveway to get their equipment into my neighbors side gate entrance. I kindly said I did not give permission to use my driveway to enter the neighbors property, as my retaining was is not in the best shape and I had been advised by a structural engineer not to have big trucks or heavy equipment on the driveway as it would most likely cause the wall to fail quicker. Fast forward a week or two and this company arrived and completely ignored the fact I had said no to using my driveway and proceeded to trespass by backing their heavy equipment right over the curb causing the right side of the lead up to the driveway to sink significantly and causing further damage to the retaining wall and it's drainage pipe in the curb they hopped. They also did not follow city code of using planks when driving heavy equipment over curbs.

I paid them because we had worked with them once before and I trusted them. They never came back. For months he said he would return. Even gave us exact dates but they never returned. Now that it is fall and people are looking for tree trimmers and removal, I recommend that you do not work with this company. We have been lied to and money taken for a job not completed.

The crew showed up a day early on 5/27/2024. At this time, they advised me that they would not be able to remove the stump because they did not have the equipment with them at the time. They did tell me that they would be back later in the week to complete the job by removing the stump. They did take down the tree on that day and cleaned up after. I have reached out to the two phone numbers for this business no less than 6 times to try and determine when they would be back out to complete the job. Randy has not returned 1 call, yet he can post daily on his business Facebook page. Moral of the story: Do not pay this company until they complete the entire job they agreed to. Otherwise they will take your money and run without completing the job that was promised.
