They are nice fast and when they have nothing to do they make rounds I don't care what people think I recommend them

My mother went in because of a spot on her foot. They took off her toe which is expected. Then they told me she would need to let the antibiotics run for about a month there. 10 days after surgery I start noticing my mother can barely breath. I called and told the nurses station. I drove up there and see they didn't do anything the next day. I walk up to the nurses station and say " my mother in there is grasping for air every moment" they came in and hooked oxygen up to her. She told me that helped. The main doctor had his week off and the "other" doctor lady went days without updating or calling me back. In hindsight, they were letting her die slowly there. She got a germ very likely from the amputation, she was about to go into shock. Her bladder had shut down and she started swelling up. The lady doctor did nothing but let her be confused. The main doctor comes back and calls me at 1am telling me he just got back from his week off and that she had a stroke. They pulled 2.4 liters from her that night after she had a brain stem stroke. Then she was in a locked in state. She could only move her eyebrows, she kept telling me with her eyebrows she wanted to fight and live. If they had not let her sit for almost a week while she swelled up more and more each day. If your life is in danger and you are over 65, you better have a family member stay there with you at all times. I would go anywhere else. read more

took my daughter to ER tonight we were there for over 30 min the emergency room was completely empty and the girl at check in just looked at me and rolled her eyes And went back to scrolling on her phone. we ended up leaving with no help. the care quality sucked read more

First off, THE NURSE WAS SO SNOBBY AND RUDE. You guys should really do an attitude check, if you're not their to help people you probably shouldn't be a nurse. Second, I sit in the lobby for almost an hour with kidney stones crying and squirming that wasn't even what pissed me off, I sit in pain for 2 hours before they gave me anything for pain while passing kidney stones there!! I got treated awful and I wouldn't recommend taking my dog here. My doctor was very nice but not very helpful, actually she was s PA. Awful service, these nurses have a nasty attitude. Even the lady who took me for a CT scan was rude!!!! I wouldn't even give it one star but I have to rate it. read more

Not a good hospital. Of coarse there are some good medical personnel, but the ones who don't react efficiently are 70 percent of your dealing with. For what they have no knowledge of or don't want to deal with, they either send you back home or send you to Lexington. read more

This place is the biggest joke for a hospital I've ever seen. Went there recently with my mother we Sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before they even finished her paperwork then 2 hours later she was called back where she waited another hour before anybody came in and check her. Should have went to London where they care for their patients. read more

I was told my father had passed away when I arrived at that hospital to visit him. After about thirty minutes, I was told there was a mix up and it was actually someone else who had died. I was traumatized. Sadly in less than 24 hours I received a call that my father was indeed dead so because of their carelessness, I had to experience his death twice. His whole stay there laden with screw ups. It was the worst experience of my life and it cost my father his life. read more

this place is a literal joke. My grandpa has BLADDER CANCER. He just had the cancer removed. He's laying in bed peeing blood on himself, practically falling down he's rushing to the bathroom so quick because he doesn't want everyone to see him pee on himself. Crying so hard because he's losing all the pride he has. They were just going to send him home without even checking his bladder to make sure he can pee correctly or see if his bladder is filling with pee like it's suppose w only thing they're good at. He's a 76 year old man that can't accept the fact that he's dying of cancer. What I don't think people in health care understand is THAT MAN HAS FAMILY THAT DOES CARE. HE IS STILL HUMAN WITH FEELINGS. I wonder how they would feel if it were their grandpa, father, or a relative. Watching them suffer & all the nurses can do is make excuses. I got fed up so I said something. The lady called security on me. Go ahead I don't care. Because that's my grandpa & I care what about what state he is physically & mentally. And if you can't care for strangers stop working in health care. If you think "this is just another person to take care of," then you are not meant to work in health care. Have a heart for someone other than yourself. read more
