I was told…read moreby ER dr to call at the women's clinic at 8a on Monday 5/11 and tell them it was urgent and that I had to be seen that week as it could not be put off. I called and the lady that called me back was rude and cold. She said " it doesn't matter what the ER drs say we don't have appointments" I explained the immense pain I was in and that I couldn't wait. She said it would be weeks and made it clear no one would review my results or anything to even see if I would survive weeks until my appointment! I called Glasgow. The dr looked at my results from the ultrasound and said come the next day. I have had an MRI and I'm awaiting the oncologist appointment at Norton's For surgery to remove a cantaloupe size mass from my uterus. I definitely could not have waited. I am disgusted by the lack of care, concern, compassion, and professionalism by this office. Absolutely unacceptable.
