I politely said mam I don't need to see your computer I'm just trying to have my daughter tested for covid(she was exposed at school and is showing symptoms) I'm not getting an attitude with you but it seems like you're getting defensive with me. The rude person just didn't care and proceeds to say there are 1,2, 3,4,5,6 ... I stopped her saying "in front of me? She continues with "there's more than that" .. I said ok, wished her a blessed rest of her day and left. I have to assume she was not a nurse bc she had absolutely no care for my 5 year olds health. All she cared about was getting me out of her face bc she was tired ,probably overwhelmed and ready to go home. I understand being overcrowded or over booked but please show some compassion for a concerned parent that scheduled an appointment and made the drive only to be turned away. She took her days frustration out on me when I simply followed directions. I stayed calm even after being treated this way but left knowing this treatment was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I hadn't heard back by 5:30 pm so I come in and ask to speak to a nurse. They tell me I have to be seen again and pay another copay even though I'm back for the same reason 2 days later. Now they gave me cough medicine and ibuprofen. My boyfriend went to a different doctor with the flu and he got 5 medications the first visit and was better the next day. Go somewhere else!

We were in the waiting room, but when we walked to the bathroom (they said they could only offer the bathroom even though there was no table) I could see all of the exam rooms were empty, and they kind of scolded me for glancing in as we passed by and said I couldn't use those rooms to change my baby. Later, my insurance informed me that I overpaid the urgent care and so they owed me money back. Since they didn't send me a check even after a long time, I called asking about my refund. They told me that was handled by their billing office, but they claimed I could not talk to billing because allegedly there was no phone number for their billing office. They also said they had no idea when I could expect my refund, and they also made a snide remark about me asking for my refund. I ended up having to complain to my insurance company, who then contacted the urgent care office and made them send me my check. Unbelievable.
