I stumbled upon this restaurant with visiting Avignon - and I'm so glad I did! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. The duck foie gras came with a fruity but savory onion jam that was different to other onion jams - it was amazing. I saved a little of the foie gras and jam to have with my pork filet mignon (little, juicy medallions of pork), and that was such a good idea. The mushroom sauce was equally fantastic on the pork.
