We were here last time in Venice back in 2020. Had a great experience (there was some Venetian spleen that we loved - this time not available though) and decided to come back.
Location is very nice at the end of the Campo Apostoli. There are some tables outside. A very nice place to sit down, have some cicchetti and to enjoy some good wine.
We ordered some Cicchetti and two glasses of red wine and took a table outside, there are some inside as well in case of bad weather. Staff was very friendly here, made us feel very welcome. And all is very fair priced here.
The cicchetti were very nice, some with fish and seafood and one with blue cheese. We especially enjoyed the one with fish and sour onions and the one made with ink - not easy to find - tasted excellent!
We also enjoy the quality of the wine. We've had the red Valpolicella from MonteTabaro. Was perfect with the cicchetti on this nice spring day.
Surely a nice little place. We'll definitely be back next time in Venice. read more
