They also will let you sample their food before fully committing which is what we did (with generous portions). I appreciated that they were able to accommodate my pescatarian diet and our friend's gluten free diet. After they set up everyone went through the line to pick out the food for their plates, Bar-B-Kings servers gave good sized servings. Ordered from Bar-b-Kings yesterday and I had to promptly write this review. I placed my order on Wednesday (some might call it short notice) since our party was Saturday for a party of 10. Marquese (the owner) was so accommodating and helpful and professional. He had great communication and understood exactly what I wanted. When we picked up our order it was neatly packed and sealed and i felt very secure for our 20 min car ride. When we opened the containers it was love at first sight. The food looked and smelled absolutely delicious and I couldn't wait to try it. We ordered ribs, tri tip, bacon Mac & cheese, loaded potatoes and cornbread. The potatoes toppings bacon, cheese, whipped butter, sour cream were neatly packed so we can top them ourselves which I loved. All I can hear while everybody is eating was UMMM, DELICIOUS, SO GOOD It was a complete success. The food was so flavorful and well seasoned and you can tell they love what they do. The bbq sauce is also homemade and we received a squeeze bottle with our order, it was delicious. The owner takes great pride in his food and even checked to see how we enjoyed everything that evening. The quality and taste of this food is amazing! The tri tip is one of my many favorites!
