I found Bar Central not to be so much of a drinking bar but a dark rustic with cool mellow music…read moregeared toward good conversation. That in spite of the fact that it becomes very crowded. Both from the outside and the inside it a good people watchers place. The caipirinhas are amongst the best, reasonable in price and with options of regional fruits. The food is somewhat Arab or Indian, but I had their cod balls which were outstanding.
