Loved this place. Food was absolutely delicious. There were five people in our party. As nobody was absolutely starving we decided to order a series of appetisers - lightly battered squid, prawns, bruschetta and a fabulous plateful of antipasto containing a decent selection of cheese, including a wonderfully creamy mozzarella with tomatoes and basil. Olives were in particular were amazing. Nobody had intended to get dessert until the owner decided to show us his homemade delicacies which included a great selection of different cheesecakes but when we were shown the blackberry tart (blackberries from Italy of course and made by an Italian lady) it was impossible to say no and we were happy we didn't after tasting it! On top of this the staff were super friendly, fun and easy going. While popping outside for a sneaky cigarette, one young Italian fellow asked me was I enjoying the food. I was very grateful I was as after telling him so, he explained that the gentleman beside him was in fact the chef! I am looking forward to returning for a full meal in the not too distant future.
