We ordered the BBQ platter, and after being served we realised it was meant to be a sharing platter for 4 and not for 2...it was BIG. The platter comprised of chicken tender (my all time fav, missed the blue cheese dip they used to serve with it), succulent hand cut ribs (my sister loved them), American loaded bacon & cheese and cheese & chives skins, BBQ chicken wings (it was really good) and finally tortilla chips topped with salsa and homemade chilli cheese sauce. We struggled finishing half of the platter but the Millionaires waffle looked so good that we choose to order one and share it. It was like cherry on top of the icing. Warm fresh waffles with salted caramel & chocolate sauce and ice-cream topped with honeycomb balls. I have always ordered chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce and honeycomb ice-cream (one of the staff member insisted I tried the honeycomb ice-cream, glad she did) and it is my favourite dessert at C2C. Went in 21st December to pay the remaining and use my friends and family dis count of 15% as I was told you need to consume the food before they can discount it. So we added everything up and I added a drinks order aswell so i knew how much to take with me on the day. My self and family got there and got a shirty waitress who said there is no booking. She went over to the manger then rushed a table with out festive setting. Bare in mind the whole pub tables had festive napkins ,crackers and candles. 2 different table put together and one was shorter. Looked terrible . Waited half hour to be told the manager had forgotten our drinks order. Exhausted at this time. I let my daughter take over talking and ordering as I was near yo tears . I then got up to go to the toilet and had an ipad put in my face by the manager to say it stated we canceled went backwards and forwards with the manager like at a Christmas panto!
