This place checked off all these boxes - it was a 3 minute walk, $7.40 euro for a wash and dry, and closed at midnight. We brought enough clothes to pack the smallest washing machine. When we walked in, we noticed it was very clean, there were two benches to sit on while waiting for the clothes to finish washing, and a small folding table in the corner. There are instructions on the wall, in large font, on how to use the machines - one side is for washing and the other for drying. Since we'd only need to wash clothes this one time, their loyalty card did not make sense for us. But if you plan on going there consistently, buying the card does give you about a 15% discount on each wash and dry cycle. If you don't have the card, it is cash only. There are 6 washing machines, and 4 dryers. When we were there, only 1 machine was out of service.

They have 4 washers, two 9kg, one 14kg and one 19kg, four 19kg dryers. I used the 9kg washer, cost €4.50, dryer is €2 per 10 minutes. Detergent comes with the washers and baskets are provided. This is the best self serve laundry I have used, highly recommended if you are in the area.
