My side was fried and they were good fried. The one dish that did not meet expectations was the duck breast. It had a decent flavor but was way too rare and was not properly trimmed. The fat just did not render which made for a tough, unfortunately, inedible dish. The chocolate mousse for dessert was so good! You can see in the picture we couldn't even wait to get the picture. Overall, very pleased with everything except the duck, but it would not stop me from going back. Next time I would just ask for a more medium rare duck.
