I just went in to swap/register the plates on my vehicle. When I walk in I'm immediately asked, "How can we help you?" With the plates in hand, I say, "I need to register plates for my vehicle". The response back was, "You have to go to the DMV; we don't do that here". If the window for you establishment is plastered with "Vehicle Registration" in both English and Spanish, but you "cannot register my plates", THEN WHAT IN THEE ENTIRE FUCK CAN YOU DO!!!?? This guy gave no explanation (he didn't even attempt to elaborate in the slightest) as you WHY he says they cannot register my plates, just says I'll have to go to the DMV. Why they have a 5star rating baffles the fuck out of me. I cannot see how... at all!! read more

I was completely intimidated about the out of state registration process for my car and they made everything go so smoothly and were so kind and helpful. They had patience with me as I had to grab all of the paperwork they needed. I wouldn't of had they I don't think at the dmv or other places. They were quick but I didn't feel rushed. I hate the thought of going to "any' DMV to get something simple or Major done. I would rather go to the dentist or get brain surgery! I never go to the DMV. I always come to Baratta's first. I don't need an Appointment, no line, friendly service , there's always somebody available and it's nice to see the staff. I walked in today because the online registration never sent me my tags, and Carlos gave me my tags in 10 minutes. Now I don't have to worry about being pulled over . Carlos and Elisa were awesome, let me just start with that right now. Awesome staff and so unbelievably easy and quick! My boss sold his car to the company, someone forgot to transfer the title to the business, tags expired and a year lapsed before we realized we needed to transfer the title.....but then......we realized that we LOST the original title. What a mess. Went to Baratta and slapped down the credit card and a couple of easy forms that i had my boss sign, copy of the bill of sale and a color copy of the original title (that was lost) and BADA BING.....the title was transferred and i walked out with new tags. Painless, totally awesome staff and very cool place. My company will be using Baratta from now on.....shoot I WILL BE TOO. These people rock. read more
