When I arrived to pick up the truck I observed the following: 1. The truck was filthy, covered with cement dust. It looked like the truck had been used to transport cement to a building site. 2. No blankets and no dollys. The manager did give me six blankets. 3. When I went inside, the truck stank. The ODO had 100k miles+ and the tank was only 1/4 full of gas. 4. The check engine light was on. When I informed the manager, he shrugged his shoulders. Three times during use, I lost power steering, had to turn off the engine and restart it to regain control. 5. The rubber seal on the passenger side door fell off and I had to replace it. 6. I spent $80 at Home Depot to buy a cheap box dolly and furniture dolly. No rentals were available. If I could give this experience negative five stars I would. Overall, a disgusting experience. I took photos at the time, but I used the U-Haul app, so unable to repost them here.

We didn't have an appointment and they were able to take us right away. Luis immediately took us back. Now I have to say, I have seen him get a haircut many times and it usually takes under 10 minutes. Luis was a perfectionist and spent so much time making sure everything was perfect. He got salon care for a fraction of the cost! He must have been in that chair for 40 minutes, and he looked sooooo good ! He has definitely found his new barber. When I received the razor in the mail, it looked as if it was used for months before it was shipped to me. The box was already opened because the sticker seal was broken and the razor was moving around the box. It was not even packaged where it was in container to not slide around the box and scratch more. It had massive flaws and scratches everywhere. Not sure if the damages were from package or they simply sold me used one. For a razor that cost $24.99 plus shipping I want it to be new.
