Jennifer has been my real estate agent since 2012, when I sold my home in Walnut Creek and moved to Capitola. She did such an excellent job on my personal residence assisting with staging, marketing, and tips about home improvements that added value to my home, that I also used her to sell another rental property in town. Since that time, Jenifer has assisted me with a total of 6 homes, including a property that I owned in Rocklin, CA. Although she did not personally handle the sale, she used her networking connections to find a competent and qualified agent in Rocklin that was able to assist with a very difficult sale that was enhanced by being a short sale. When my mother, who was 85 years old, decided to move out of her long-time home in Pleasanton where she lived for 22 years, I again contracted with Jennifer.
