They sent me an overwhelming number of forms to fill out before my appointment, which I understand is standard, but then they repeatedly called me--even while I was at work--demanding that I complete them. Despite me asking them to stop calling, they just kept pushing and were condescending when I hadn't finished them yet, even though my appointment hadn't even happened. To make things worse, I received an appointment confirmation for a completely different office location, which confused me. When I called to clarify, the person on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like I was the problem for simply asking a question. At that point, I was so fed up that I just canceled the appointment and accepted the loss of my money. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
