I was a patient for 5 years and was constantly switched between various interns, often monthly;…read morethere was no continuity in care ZERO! When I saw Dr. R in person he spent 15 minutes at max, often after a 45 minute wait. Often I had telehealth against my preference with Interns or PAs in another county/ state. I had the same issues with getting my prescriptions filled and calling the reception desk creating anxiety as well as extra expense. I would give 0 stars if possible. Dr. R. has zero empathy and is often on his laptop distracted if you get the full 15 minutes with him. He discounts your feelings and all else. It will take me a long time to trust a mental health professional after my experience here, this place added trauma to my trauma.

I have been coming here now for seven months and I feel like I need to tell everyone my experience. Laura who answered the phone was BEYOND helpful and such a delight! I was moving from another state and needed to establish a new doctor and I was able to get in around my time not the doctors time. (I love the flexibility they offer ) Laura called me to confirm my appt the day before and asked me if I had any questions and even asked about my move! ( No one ever stops to ask how people are these days!) When I arrived I was there 15 mins early and I was the only patient in the waiting area. ( I read reviews they over book there are over 8-10 people waiting which is a LIE!!!!) I was greeted by the Dr and we went over all my medically and past doctor visit. For privacy reasons I will not list why I was there but when I left I felt very comfortable with the staff and the Dr. I am going on my 8 month and I enjoy coming here. I never have any issues, I never wait more then I expect and the staff is amazing! I wanted to take my time to thank everyone!

You would think if you wanted continued business you would treat your patients a bit better and with more grace. I understand a cancellation fee but DOUBLE? Yall are absolutely insane and a money grab. So I hope this hundred some dollars is worth the loss of the thousands I would have spent there.

However, once I found the entrance and stepped inside, I was pleasantly surprised.. I've visited for a breath work/sound healing class. The facilitators were very talented and professional. They guided the class through different breathing techniques which brought us into a meditative state. This was accompanied by sound healers, who not only did a sound bath for the whole group, but also went around throughout the session, giving each person in their own sound immersion. All of the tools were provided, and helped sink deeper into the immersion. The room was set up, similar to a yoga room with how you would have the math laid out however, instead of yoga mas there were these comfortable, thick, personal mattresses, a blanket folded into a pillow, a leg bolster as well as an eye mask. The ambience of the room evoke the sense of calm and set the tone for the session and was mindfully dimly lit, relaxing, and had beautiful ornamental flowers hanging from the ceiling and in the room. The facilitator's voice was gentle and helped me melt into meditation like butter. You could tell they are both very skilled and gifted. I left the session feeling as if I've been on a holiday, but even more relaxed than I regularly return from any holidays . I look forward to returning again .
