The Company kept dodging my question. On May 31, 2022, I fired them because they did not prepare my taxes and I could not get any answers about when tax preparation will be complete. The only answer I got was from the Accountant Jennifer that was assigned to my company, that it was sent to the owner for review. I have a very small one-man operation company. Very simple to do. I had to hire a new CPA and pay the new firm to prepare my 2021 tax returns. This cost me a lot of money to pay for a new firm. I had already paid Hooks CPA to do it. I have also had to pay penalties for late filings on both state and federal taxes. This firm was paid in full to do a job and that was to prepare my taxes. Which was never done. I am extremely disappointed. It has caused me money which I don't have, due to high unprofessionalism. They have had lots of turnover with employees due to the poor quality of management.
