One of the days his crew did not show because they all had to go to immigration for hearings. His equipment was rented and no one knew how to assemble it at first. Dustin had to leave on a regular basis to buy more supplies instead of coming prepared. They spent more time in my garage and driveway than in my attic. Dustin brought pizza and other snack for his crew. They used my leaf blower instead of having their own. They left garbage and dead rats on my driveway. I had introduced Dustin to my neighbors in hopes they could get service before it was as bad as my home. ( neighbors on one side of me had rat problems and they drifted to my home) He bullied them into signing up and then they cancelled once he was gone. NOT COOL. I eventually contacted the owner and he stopped by to chat and offered me a nice rebate due to the troubles. Sadly the trouble never ended. Dustin became cold and rude and took forever to finally finish the job. I was assured they would return to check the space in a week and then in two weeks to make sure the pests were forever gone. This never happened. I would not recommend this company for pest control. I paid a small fortune to have all my insulation and duct work replaced. This is not what I signed up for. I feel taken advantage of and lied to. I also felt the unprofessionalism of this young man was horrible and downright sketchy. Also, I asked not to be bothered again, and to never send me a survey about their work. Alas, I continue to receive emails asking for this review, because at Eagle they don't listen, only prey on women in my opinion.

They spent almost a week at our house working very hard in the heat of July, with no electricity, of course no a/c & not even a fan could be plugged in! The crews are great and I want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Jeanette. She coordinated everything and relieved me from having to do these things while we were still in shock and looking for a place to live. They have continued to store our personal belongings and everything is tagged & numbered & they will bring you anything you need. They took my large area rugs & were able to clean them & save them. They took our televisions & plugged them in to see if they would turn on. They are not just for cleaning your carpet or removing water, although they do these things and do them well also. I highly recommend Service Master especially for anyone experiencing a house fire, Thankfully, our insurance policy is covering all of these expenses, but even if it was out of our pocket, I would use Service Master. My wife, Vicki, first called Next Plumbing to repair a water leak near our house. The plumber…read morequickly found the leak, fixed it, smoothed the dirt back over, and left. It was a great experience. Because of that, we called Next Plumbing again to install a new kitchen faucet and bidet, move our old bidet to another bathroom, and reset a toilet. This time, they sent a plumber named Jonah. He arrived after 9:00 a.m. on March 3, 2026, and worked until nearly 7:00 p.m. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. Jonah installed our new Lowe's faucet without the required base ring and simply said it wasn't in the box after only a brief look. We later discovered the faucet handle hung over the sink, the bidet was jammed against the toilet tank, and the decorative caps for the toilet bolts were missing. Although Jonah returned with another plumber and corrected the faucet position, they still forgot the toilet bolt caps. Even worse, they removed the sensor valve that worked with our hot water recirculation pump, leaving us without the instant hot water we previously had. When I called Next Plumbing, I was told the parts had been thrown away and would be replaced. As of today--142 days later--that still hasn't happened. We were also required to pay the full $906 before Jonah left on March 3, 2026, yet 142 days later we still have not received an invoice. Our first experience with Next Plumbing was excellent. Our second experience was disappointing, with poor workmanship, missing parts, unfulfilled promises, and no invoice despite full payment.

After speaking with them they did come out and make things right! Having done this I decided to give Don's my full business with termite bait stations and quarterly pest control, including mouse prevention. When the tech came out they did not install the mouse prevention, which I had paid for. After calling, they again came back out and made things right. I believe they could possibly use a few more QAQC measures put into place to better serve their customers but that is their decision. I will continue to use Don's going forward as it feels good to support a local business and appreciate the effort to earn their customers satisfaction.

To respond to response.. it took three people total to verify the paperwork being notarized which does not build my confidence in knowledge or experience. I never spoke to the notary myself vs two receptionist. Not impressed by self validation, lack of humility, and will not be recommending this establishment for future services.
