We also ordered their sangria and tinto de verano. Every dish we ordered was AMAZING - tasty flavorful well seasoned melt in your mouth meat bursting with flavors. We devoured every bite and it was hard to pick a favorite. Both the lamb and pork dishes were 11/10. Not just the taste but the presentation of every tapa was fantastic. Their drinks were also great. The dessert was to die for. This place is super packed during peak dinner hours and there is barely any room to stand. Since we walked in around 11pm, we got a seat and were well taken care of all thru the night. Also noticed alot of veggie options on the menu which was great. Service was awesome ambience is chic. I am certain I am going to crave their tapas once I am back home. Highly highly recommend this place when in Seville.

Tables perhaps a bit close together, not terribly comfortable. Loud, busy. As far as the service, it was our impression that our waiter was the only person serving the 30 or so tables in their dining room. Suffice it to say the service was not fast and not good. Inexplicably, every time we ordered a Coke we were asked if we wanted a Coke Zero. If I wanted a Coke Zero I would have said the words Coke Zero. Even when I asked for another Coke, he again asked "Coke Zero?" It took next to forever to get the check, and forever to get a cappuccino. At one point I took it upon myself to point the waiter to a table behind us that had been desperately attempting to get his attention. This was all not good. As to the food. First, our fault for not knowing what tataki meant. We did not expect to receive salmon that was seared on the outside and raw on the inside. So that one is on us, although we also think the meal came tepid at best. The lamb on couscous was dry and tough. The pork cheek stew was actually pretty good if a bit gluey. The calamari was good. The sushi as they called it was average. What they called the tiramisu was more like a pudding with some liqueur and chocolate on the top, and a little bit of breadish stuff in the bottom. Not my idea of tiramisu, and probably not yours either. So we could not get too excited about these various dishes. But what was particularly frustrating and bizarre was that two people sitting across from us ordered food that looked absolutely delicious. So we got to sit there wondering why we didn't order what they ordered. They ordered a large beef dish with potatoes which is on the menu, and we think they ordered a large octopus meal although we are not sure. Everything they had looked better than anything we had. So it may be that we somehow just picked the wrong items. So it was a strangely frustrating meal. This place has good reviews and we expected good tasting food. Unfortunately it did not work out that way, and the ambience and service were negative contributing factors. I can't entirely write this place off, only because the food other diners received actually looked very good. But I don't think I would go there again.

But the food is the real draw here, the ingredients are fresh and local, the dishes are extremely creative and unique. I believe the chef must be some sort of a cooking genius. Also we great service from Vicki and the rest of the staff. I am a New Yorker and I think service is important, and these guys hit the mark.

The Carpaccio was rather tasteless, which was a real shame. Then the Pizza Longaniza dough was as thin as a water biscuit and its rim was carbonised and crumbling to the touch. On top of that the pizza aftertaste was sweetish AKA that should not be happening. It looks that the tomato sauce and a generous and wrong sugar overdose were the culprits. Funnily enough, half way through the service at 9:30 pm a waiter and another waitress appeared from thin air, or actually from the contiguous Meliá Hotel, to help the, until there, multitasking lady. Their menu comes in English, French, and Spanish. Olives are complimentary but the bread they put on the table likely costs money (which is usual in Spain apparently). I liked the prawn tapas as it was crispy and not too strong of a taste. The beef with honey mustard sauce was well seasoned as well. Since they were tapas dishes, the portion is smaller and the cost is less.
