I chose Gary since he was a fellow Redskins fan. The place is very clean, looks near and well organized. They usually have the TV on or music which gives it a nice vibe. Since this shop is further in the county, prices are a bit higher. Closer to the city I pay $15-20, here in the county i pay around $25-30-for varying qualities of cuts. Gary is a nice guy, very friendly. Out of q0, I would give him a 7.5/10. I was always very happy walking out if the shop, only to see something uneven when I got home.

It's never a good feeling to feel like you should really return to ask for your money back after a…read morehaircut. Unfortunately, here I sit. The crumbled shell of a man. Dejected and downtrodden. Looking into the mirror wondering how to rectify the uneven mess of hair that fate and the stylist dealt me. I inquisit to myself, "Did I not ask the stylist if they could cut my hair as depicted in the picture? Did I not give clear and simple feedback about how I wished for my hair to look?" With each hollow question I asked, I was filled with the simple answer... "I did." The stylist seemed to have something to hide as they pointed my fearful eyes away from the mirror that would have at least offered me the devil I knew as an option in my pursuit of confidence. I was allowed glimmers of truth at the occasional spin of the chair allowed me to see the, yet remaining, unfinished work in progress. I tried in vain to offer my desires through the vehicle of communication, speaking simply and as the common man to make my heart known. My words received with confirmation yet unacted upon. I remain yet, unsatisfied. My sweet $17 +tip gone to the pressure of approval as I cowered from the truth. The truth that begged to say, it is UNFINISHED. All silliness aside, I still lack the confidence to ask for it to be fixed as my communication was clearly not followed in the first place. I don't mean to be harsh, and maybe this is just my personal experience but this was really not a good hair cut. It was uneven and rushed and the communication was labor-some and at times simply ignored.
