I used Arthur Barbera to complete my taxes for 2014. Since then, I have received 4 different statements from federal and state governments providing refunds or asking for more money (including late fees) costing me thousands of dollars. I have not heard any explanation from my tax accountant as to why my tax return was not correct. In the last 6 months, I have tried to contact Barbera & Barbera 5 times. I was referred to Arthur 4 years ago by a lifetime client. My life circumstances had changed and I needed help with my taxes. I walked in with a pile of documents, receipts, notes, and statements and I walked out a lifetime client. I owed money that year, but I knew that going into it. They have an office in New Providence and the staff is warm and welcoming. Arthur is trustworthy and always takes the time to respond to an email no matter what time of year. Prime example: I reached out to Arthur in Nov with a question regarding my 2016 taxes and he got back to me straight away.
