Good haircut. I love to support the local businesses, I dropped off my 2 boys for their haircuts at 10am this morning. I figured cool, I go to the gym run some errands and they should be done. Nope! It's now 2pm and still not done. I mean at this point I could grow potatoes harvested and made stew and they're still not done! I had a good barber for about 5 years, but he decided to close his business and move out of California, so I had to find a new barber and sometimes thats not and easy task. I decided today was the day to get a hair cut, so as I was driving down Elmira road I saw a sign that said barber shop. I noticed there was plenty of parking, so I said to myself let's give Barberville a try. I walk inside, they all greeted me and said have a seat and we will be with you shortly. Even though I did not have an appointment i only had to wait 15 minutes. They did a great job on my hair, in fact the best haircut I gotten in quit awhile. The prices were great to. Best barbershop I've been to. All 4 the brothers can fade n lineup. The wait system is fair and transparent, you write your name on the big chalkboard everyone can see and they go down the list. Most barbershops are if you're cool with the barbers you'll get cut faster n I truly hate that. If these weren't primo barbers there would never be people waiting. The long wait speaks volumes, not to mention free beer. Just be smart, suck it up and wake up early so you don't wait as long. read more

We get our kids haircuts here. They do great work and are very very good with kids. Expect a long wait though because there are no appointments. First come, first serve. And cash only. Definitely worth it though. read more

Was looking for another barbershop to go and heard great things about this place. Let me tell you barberville didn't disappoint one bit! The moment I walked in it was a comfortable laid back feel. Was greatly immediately as I stepped inside. The wait was a bit long since they do it on a walk-in basis but nothing to bad especially when you can sit back and relax while drinking a cold beer on tap while you wait for your turn to get cut! Vince was awesome knew what he was doing took his time and made sure of what I wanted and delivered just that. I've been looking for a consistent barbershop in Vacaville and I've finally found it. I love everything about this place. I can't recommend any of the barbers specifically, because I recommend all of them. I've had my hair cut by 4 separate barbers and they all have done an incredible job. Each haircut takes an hour and I don't believe they ever do appointments, so expect a long wait. Additional things they offer are complementary beer and water while you wait, and they always have their TVs on a sports channel. read more

First time coming here. Passed it on the first trip through the parking lot, it's a small door right next to the nail place FYI, but once inside this place is so nice! Clean, and so professional and welcoming! They obviously take their time and have pride in their work. I usually take my kids to another place and was tired of the uneven hack jobs they kept receiving and so we decisive to try a barber shop. So glad we came here and we will be back! They offer you something to drink when you come in and for the over 21 crowd they'll even get you a beer! Super nice place! Definitely try it out! read more

Great with kids.. Vince has been cutting my hair for about a year now. For a couple months I couldn't get my hair cut by him and had an extremely hard time finding a barber to replace him. Then I found him at Barberville and was relieved! This place is awesome and ALL the guys here know how to cut hair. Vince cut my son's hair today, who is 1.5 year's old. Vince was super patient, not annoyed at all and gave my son the best haircut he's had. The guys also have great customer service and make you feel welcomed and not out of place. The reason why I go back is because they pay attention to detail and learned how I wanted my cut by the 2nd visit. I was an avid customer at great clips down the street but it was hit or miss with some hair stylists ability to do a good fade. Here, they all are very thorough, polite and professional. I once saw a lady come in 15 minutes before closing asking if their kid could get his hair cut before they closed, and they stayed open to get the kid squared away. I have never had a bad hair cut here, and its obvious why when you see the attention to detail these guys take. Cash only but there is an ATM inside with a small fee. If the wait is too long, sit back and have a complimentary beer or water. Bunch of tv's inside that they will have whatever game is currently playing on, or if you got a kid they put cartoons on for them. I see these dudes every two weeks and i plan on keeping that trend. read more

i have a beyond-normal level of barber anxiety so going anywhere new is extremely hard for me. came into barberville with that fear but was quickly put to ease when i saw the work in front of me. theres no appointments, its walk in and get on the list which is great if you can time yourself (get on list, go run errands, come back). the wait was almost 2 hours before i was in the chair, and for good reason, all of the artists here really take the extra minutes to perfect each haircut like its the first and last of the day. orlando hooked it up and i had come in easily 6months overdue so he had a forest to start with. really impressed with the quality and time he took to ask me what i wanted and do better than i expected. 10/10 will be back read more

Although the gentlemen there were very nice. I did not enjoy the haircut. Way too many stray hairs. He took sooo long and did so much detail but he literally didnt even line up the front at all. I dont know what this place deal is. Literally just as bad as main event. Same people. same beer. same everything. Id rather go somewhere else. Its crazy the guy was trying to give me his best cut but still failed me. Like is it really that hard to cut hair jeez. I had to go over it again at my house and style it again and line up the front which i dont really know how to do. This place is great. Haircuts are great, barbers actually listen to your wants and needs for what you want. The guys are great, they talk if you want to strike a convo, if not they don't force you to talk, but they take their time and do a great job either way. They got beer too! Only bad thing is the wait time, but no big deal, put your name down, go get -an oil change, gym, then come back and you'll be right on time. Overall great place, my new place for a haircut. I'm bald. Had a few days of fuzz and decided to stop for a shave. While I enjoyed the atmosphere and liked the dome and face shave, I was astonished by the $50 price tag. I may not have been focused but did not see prices listed. Will not be going back. Beer and a shave should never cost more than a dinner date. read more
