I'm a grandmother of two, raising my grand kids. Had to have a radiator for my car. Then only Auto…read morezone close to me that had the part was in Ironton Ohio about 20 miles away. So I called my Portsmouth Ohio store which is two blocks away from my home and had the part sent to Portsmouth store for pick up which I was going to pick up. To my surprise the part was missing and was not sent to the Portsmouth store. (3 days later) The employee stated "the part has not been sent to this store." Instead of having another store send the part I was ignored and had to buy from competitor for same price and was delivered to my house. Thank you Auto zone for your customer service.
