The lady at the counter didn't mind that I was only there to take advantage of their photocopier. She happily went upstairs and copied 5 sheets for me. Whilst I was waiting, I had a nosey round the shop and thought it was great. Their motto is 'Help yourself or we'll help you'. There was a 'help-yourself' section where you could pick up leaflets and peruse the law books in their own free library. The 'we'll help you' aspect of the shop was great too. You could get free legal advice from the team at the Law shop or change your name. There may be a time when I need to use these things and I'm sure The Law Shop will be a great starting point.

They assited me to do my own conveyancing on a property purchase and saved me about £400 or £500 compared to the normal cost of Solicitor's conveyancing. It's a great service if you are prepared to put the effort in yourself. Make sure you have all paperwork together before you see them and bank on needing a second short visit to tie up any loose ends. The service was so good I propmised I would give them a write up, so here it is!

I was quoted £190 which included such pesky things as cleaning of the ovens, inside windows, and shower screens (three chores that are not in my talent bank when it comes to house work). You could add on additionals such as carpet cleaning, outside windows and wall washing, but I didn't think this would be necessary for an end of tenancy cleaning. If it was my own place and I wanted a thorough spring clean, then I'd definitely consider this as I think it was really good value for money, especially considering I didn't need to lift a finger to clean anything. SO GOOD. I love a clean house, and I feel like I'm constantly running around cleaning mine, so to not have to do this was such a treat!

The agency then recruits staff to do the job. The agency gets paid buy the company that wanted a worker and they will pay you directly. I work for the agency for over a year. There was work for me on a regular basis actually I worked everyday if I wanted to. The agency provide office staff and factory staff. IDid factory work and was offered many jobs in different factories, which was nice. The agency was very polite, respectful they also paid promptly, and I had no problems with them.
