We was recommended to go to this place as it was cheaper than most places around and was popular. Now it's cheaper for a London take away. £6 for chicken shawarma and chips which is half the price in Birmingham. But the food was so good. Chicken was breasts instead of mixture of different parts of chicken thrown together. So the quality was really excellent and portions was nothing to complain about. Was worth the price. It was so good we went back again after the match for another meal and they were about to close soon so they kept giving us free sausages and kept it coming till we said no thanks. They were very nice people and had remembered us from earlier. All that was left unsold they kept giving it to us and whoever was inside eating. Really impressed by it, most places would resell it next day. Anyways, this place is amazing and definitely know where to go next time I'm around there.

It has the best kebabs, the burgers are tasty and of a good size portion. The meals come in big portions which I can never finish. The service is quick for freshly made but not too quick that you question whether the food is freshly made or not. The staff are very efficient. The food is always freshly cooked and as Mohamade has said they will give the leftovers in the evening to the customers for free rather then keep it, heat it up and serve it the next day which is always a win in my book as I know it is freshly made and they are not throwing food away. When visiting Wembley Stadium, Wembley Arena, Pinewood Studios for X-Factor and you don't want to go to a restaurant then definitely come here!!

A young man was at the counter when I came to order food. He was on the phone and being quite rude by ignoring me. An old lady, who was probably the manager, kept on nudging him to finish the call (it was not a customer on the other end of the line) to take my order and when he did he typed something completely different into his computer. I told him to correct the order and be more customer-friendly. He also gave me wrong change, so I reminded him to correct that as well. Apart from that (and I have no problem dealing with such people), the food was well-done and tasted great. The portions were big enough to feel full afterwards and the veggies and meat tasted very good. When you walk through the door you'll find it's a tiny venue. The length of the room by the back wall is taken up by the food station. The system works by checking the menu for what you want then lining up to order, or just join the queue and have a look at what ingredients are on offer and picking out the best looking food. You then pay at the end of the line and find seating. A friend and I attended the venue on their opening night where we were given a free meal. I asked the staff what the best tasting meat was for a burrito and they gave me an ambiguous answer so I just chose the grilled chicken burrito. I wasn't optimistic as the chicken didn't look that appetising. After adding the salad, guacamole and salsa I sat down to eat on a high stall, by the window. The burrito didn't taste very good, very bland, in fact I didn't like it. I definitely could have done better making it myself at home. If I had paid it would have cost around £7 or £8, I definitely would have considered this a waste of money. Tortilla Kings cross is a conveniently located venue with little seating indicating that it's an Eat and Go (immediately) not an Eat and Chill kind of place. It had a single disable access toilet for customers convenience which is probably my only positive apart from the fact that the staff were friendly. That said there is nothing drawing me to go back to eat here again.
