I discovered Stephanie's Bare Bunz Wax Studio here on yelp about a year ago! I had been getting my Brazilian done at My Lunch Box which I regret because before getting waxed there my skin was free of any bumps, ingrowns, or scars. Honestly the only reason I started going there was because it had just opened up and was literally right next door to my job so I would get a tiny discount. Still, I decided to stop going there and find a new place solely because of how my skin was looking but I also wasn't 100% comfortable with their price point. Fast forward to my first encounter with her, she was absolutely awseome! Super sweet and genuinely happy to meet you. I have been seeing Stephanie now for about 5 years for all of my beauty care needs. And let me just say this I don't follow somebody and drive out of my way if they're not totally worth it. Which she is. Stephanie has changed the way I see waxing. She makes it painless, fast, and even fun. Yes, I said she makes hair getting ripped out of your skin fun, now that's talent!!! Excited to leave this post ! After years hunting Stephanie down lol ! I met her at script wax bar in Oakland and had the best experience with her over and over. She performs the most amazing Brazilian ever, A1 quality, smooth and fast with no discomfort or disappointments ! The last Brazilian with her was 3 years ago at script bar wax I was 37 weeks pregnant although I was the most sensitive being that far along in my pregnancy she made that experience comfortable quick and the quality was amazing like always. As a busy mother of two I didn't get to return to get my Brazilian until maybe a year after giving birth when I was informed Stephanie was no longer working there and no one seemed to know where she had ventured too since most of the wax techs were fairly new at script wax bar. A few months ago I was able to find her info, I called and was able to book a appointment the next day ! It was amazing to once again get a Brazilian within minutes with AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE no pain, no discomfort, and no plucking, and area was left smooth and amazing ! As soon as you walk into her studio she greets you with this warm friendly smile which reassures you that you're in good hands. My first time going to Bare Bunz, I wentfor a full on Brazilian.
